Newly built, Villa Osa offers a spacious layout, with bright and attractive rooms and a distinctly contemporary style. In the middle of the ground floor, an impressive double-height space offers a shared living room with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light through large glass openings that frame the terrace beyond. A dining table sits off to one side, whilst the modern kitchen is found at the rear of the villa, with a large central island and sleek cabinets fitted with top-quality appliances. Sliding doors lead out from the dining area, where a lovely side terrace invites you to make the most of the warm weather, with an outdoor kitchen and impressive barbecue area perfect for entertaining guests. There is also a bar counter where you can enjoy a beer beside the pool, whilst a large dining table is perfect for enjoying the long summer evenings and sharing relaxing dinners outside. Fitted with electric sun protectors and infrared heaters, the terrace has been designed to adapt to all months of the year so you can stay warm even during cooler nights.

Enclosed by richly planted beds and swaying palms, the beautifully maintained lawn stretches to the property boundary, and a wonderful cactus garden weaves up one side, offering a natural environment to enjoy the tranquil setting. Take a refreshing swim in the pool or sit in the jacuzzi and gaze up at the blue skies. A row of elegant loungers is well-positioned along the pool's edge, inviting you to dry off in the sun.

Seven bedrooms spread throughout the villa, all immaculately presented with large double beds and stylish furnishings. Located within an exclusive residential neighbourhood on the hillside of Marbella’s sunny Golf Valley, Villa Osa enjoys a tranquil setting whilst being just a short drive from the the lively towns and golden beaches that stretch along the nearby coast.

It is easy to spend the day beside the sea, with plenty of golden beaches to be found to the north and south. Just 10 minutes by car brings you to the Playa San Pedro de Alcantara, where the Blue Flag beach offers a long stretch of sand that falls away to the lovely Mediterranean sea. Enjoy a refreshing swim or walk along the palm-lined promenade that forms part of the Senda Litoral de Malaga, an impressive coastal path that stretches for 160km. There is an assortment of water sports on offer, or head to one of the nearby 'chiringuitos’  to share some plates of traditional tapas and enjoy a leisurely lunch beside the sea.

The trendy Puerto Banus is just along the coast, where you can wander around the glamorous port and admire the grand yachts and sailboats. The waterfront is lined with fashionable boutiques and exclusive galleries, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars where you can sit with a drink and soak up the exuberant setting. Sip an afternoon cocktail at Sinatra's Bar or head up to the Sky Lounge, where you can enjoy impressive views over the harbour and out to the mountains beyond.

Marbella itself is just 20 minutes by car, or hop on the ferry from Puerto Banus for a change of scenery and enjoy the boat ride whilst taking in the coast from a new perspective. The vibrant town has plenty to explore, and you can spend several hours wandering around the older quarter to discover its historic buildings and lovely shaded squares. Visit the Iglesia Santa Maria de la Encarnacion with its beautiful baroque architecture, which dates back to the 16th century, or stop for a drink in Plaza de los Naranjos and enjoy the lively atmosphere. For some lunch, head down to the waterfront for freshly grilled fish or seek out Bar El Estracho, where you can enjoy a wonderful selection of typical dishes.
Tucked down a narrow alley, the family-run establishment has been going since 1954 and serves a range of traditional plates, such as sardinas al limon and delicious ensalada de pulpo.

Away from the coast, the landscape rises to the beautiful Sierra Blanca mountains, where well-signposted trails invite you to explore the shaded pine groves or ascend the rocky slopes. Take a challenging route up to the summit of La Concha and enjoy spectacular views over the surrounding area, or wind up through the mountain roads to discover the hidden hillside villages. Sitting atop El Tajo, about an hour from the villa, the historic town of Ronda makes a wonderful day trip. Once an important cultural centre of mosques and palaces, you can wander the charming cobbled alleys to discover the rich history and stop in the Plaza Duquesa de Parcent to see the elegantly decorated Iglesia de Santa María La Mayor, with its assortment of architectural styles and ornamentation.

Sitting within a deep canyon, the Guadalevin River divides the town, and you can walk over the impressive Puente Nueve to enjoy dramatic views through the gorge. Built-in 1793, the bridge is the largest of three and towers an incredible 120m above the canyon floor.

To the rear of the beach, the impressive San Pedro Boulevard offers a safe place to play, boasting six colourful playgrounds with an assortment of climbing frames and slides suitable for all ages.

Hop on the Banus-Marbella ferry and enjoy a boat ride up the coast, or head inland to spend a day in nature and discover the shaded trails tucked within the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains. Take a leisurely family walk through the pine groves or visit Parque del Nagüeles, where you can enjoy a picnic beneath the trees.

To the north of Marbella, the popular Parque Acuatico offers a fun day out with giant inflatable slides and a colourful obstacle course. Alternatively, the nearby Adventure Amazonia is a good option for all the family, where you can race along swinging bridges and fly along zip lines through the treetops to enjoy an afternoon of thrills.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €10 000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm. For an early check in, there will be an extra cost of €400. Check in after 9pm will also incur a fee of €400.
Departure time 11 am. For a late check out, there will be an extra cost of €400.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €1815 (VAT included), payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €2117.5 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax 10% Service Charge are included in the final rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
