Villa Grina is a gorgeous 6-bedroom villa with a private pool and garden sleeping up to 12 guests. Located in El Rosario, a quiet suburb of Marbella which offers a lovely local beach, you are surrounded by immaculately manicured grounds and beautiful luscious greenery. El Rosario offers bars, restaurants and a supermarket for everyday essentials, and the centre of Marbella is a mere 10-minute drive away.
Built to the highest standards with that typical Andalusian style, this lovely villa captures sunlight from every angle whilst the airy, cool interior makes for a tranquil calm space. The open living space is classy and stylish, with a palette of whites and neutrals against elegant furnishings. Oversized sofas and large comfy chairs compliment tasteful accessories. This is a lovely space to kick back and cosy up in front of the large TV. The indoor dining space is perfect for fabulous dinner parties and opens up to a wonderful covered dining terrace to enjoy al-fresco dining on warm balmy evenings. The large white kitchen is complemented with Spanish-style tiles and has plenty of dining space for relaxed breakfasts. You can find all the mod cons, including a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, eye-level oven, blender, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Chefs are going to enjoy rustling up tasty delights in this delightful kitchen.
The ground floor houses four stylish double bedrooms with a flexible layout ideal for groups and families alike. Bedroom 1 has twin beds with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds and share a bathroom, and both bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool area. Bedroom number 4 is a separate guest suite with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there is a spacious main bedroom with access to a beautifully furnished terrace with views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The main bedroom shares its bathroom with another double bedroom making this an ideal family suite.
Villa Grina also has gorgeous outside space. An elegant fully-furnished terrace surrounded by beautiful palms and manicured lawns is a wonderful space to relax. Completing the picture is a gorgeous large private pool with a lush garden area, oversized loungers and a pool house with a large comfy sofa area. This is a lovely space to kick back, relax and unwind.
The villa has a Wi-Fi connection, is fully air-conditioned and offers underfloor heating. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is a convenient extra WC on the ground floor. Enjoying a lovely stretch of golden sand and a few good bars and restaurants, this is the perfect base to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol with the bonus of staying in a tranquil location.
Marbella is a 10-minute drive from the property and is a world-class destination. Enjoying year-round sunshine, golden beaches and glitzy nightlife, it maintains its traditional Spanish charm within its charming old town with narrow cobbled streets and flower-filled plazas. Art and culture are important elements of the Marbella lifestyle, and this is reflected along the Avenida del Mar, which is home to an open-air collection of sculptures by Salvador Dali.
Marbella offers some of the best shopping in southern Spain. Besides large shopping malls to explore, you can find unique boutiques in the old town as well as glamourous designer shops sprinkled throughout the city. Eating out is also a fabulous experience in Marbella. Top chefs are attracted to the area, and Michelin-starred restaurants can be found alongside simple tapas bars serving traditional Spanish delights.
Puerto Banus has a reputation as the Costa del Sol’s playground for the rich and famous and is a great place to people watch. Expect sports cars and luxury yachts alongside designer shopping, glamorous bars, casinos, and marine-side restaurants.
The Costa del Sol offers so many wonderful places to visit it is worth driving further afield to explore some of the pretty villages such as Mijas, with its colourfully decorated donkey taxis, and Frigiliana, which was awarded the most beautiful village of Andalusia. Golf lovers are also well catered for, with a plethora of world-class golf courses to enjoy up and down the coast. There really is so much to see and do in this sun-soaked region of southern Spain.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Grina is an excellent property for kids, and they will love the pool and the fabulous grounds surrounding the house.
The beaches on the Costa del Sol are one of its biggest attractions, and child-friendly beaches can be found all along the coast. The local beach at El Rosario is a firm favourite with families with its shallow waters, soft sands and water sports; it really is lovely. There is a great child-friendly chiringuitos called Hippopotamus Beach with plenty of good options on the menu for children, or for a more luxurious but family-friendly experience, it's worth trying out the Bono Beach Club. The weekends offer live music and entertainment for the little ones, but it is very popular so do book in advance.
The Costa del Sol offers every type of entertainment for families, so it is worth exploring to discover fabulous days out. Water parks are always a hit with the kids, and Aquamijas in the town of Mijas is arguably the best in the area. Featuring winding waterslides, a wave pool, mini golf and a climbing wall, all along with Jacuzzis for the adults to enjoy.
In Benalmadena, the Sea Life Aquarium offers kids the chance to see almost every type of sea creature imaginable, from tropical fish to sharks, and there are interactive activities available. Kids will love Crocodile Park in Torremolinos, home to over 200 crocodiles. Here you even get the chance to handle some of the smaller reptiles!
Further afield in Nerja near Malaga is the Rio Chillar River Walk. River pools, waterfalls, and surrounding nature make this one of the Costa del Sol's great family adventures. All the family will enjoy this unique experience. The Costa del Sol is a treasure trove of activities for families, and 'I'm bored' should not be a sentence you hear very often!
