Bright and beautiful, Torres Atico is a five-star three-bedroom villa you definitely don’t want to miss out on. Sitting on one of the Costa del Sol’s most exclusive developments, Torres Atico has pride of place at the heart of Nueva Andalucia. And with close proximity to everything you’ll need during your stay, Torres Atico is just what the doctor ordered.

Upon arrival, you’re sure to be impressed by Torres Atico’s sleek modern architecture - the angular white-washed walls and dramatic windows. Then, once you’re inside, a large bright open-plan space invites you to make Torres Atico your home for a few days beside the sea.

The main living space combines your living room, dining space and kitchen all in one comfortable communal space that’s been cleverly designed for your comfort and decorated in a sleek Scandinavian style.
Your main living area has a large comfortable sofa gathered around a marble-esque coffee table and a wall-mounted wide-screen TV. Beneath the TV, a chic floating fireplace creates a natural divide between the lounge and the rest of the room.

Behind the lounge, a full-sized family-style dining table is laid out before you with chairs enough to comfortably seat a full house of guests and then some. Your kitchen, located behind the dining space, is modern and stylish, fully equipped with all the appliances and essentials needed to prepare hearty meals.

Around the room, huge windows allow natural light to fill the space whilst opening up onto a chic sun terrace complete with an outdoor lounge and a secondary dining area.

Moving up the dramatic spiral staircase, you’ll find two beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a double bed and shared bathroom facilities. At the other end of the first floor, your master bedroom is slightly larger than the other two, with a large double bed and its own private bathroom.

Ascending to the final level of the house gives you access to a stunning rooftop terrace that houses a chic lounging area, a sauna, your private plunge pool and beautiful sweeping views of Nueva Andalucia and the Mediterranean Sea.

Torres Atico sits on an exclusive development within the Costa del Sol’s Nueva Andalucia region. Surrounded by natural beauty and gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape, Torres Atico’s location is great for holidaymakers who enjoy being close to the action but like peace and quiet when home.

Getting to Torres Atico is relatively straightforward, with the journey from Malaga Airport only taking around 45 minutes as a straight run. Local amenities are easily accessible either on foot or by car; however, we do recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay as the area leading up to Torres Atico can be steep in places and is relatively set back from the main beaches and social spots.

A handful of restaurants are within walking distance of the villa, while your nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away. Further out towards the coast, you’ll find plenty of attractions, like the Marbella Arena, and amenities, like a shopping centre and a great selection of local shopping and dining establishments. Beautiful sandy beaches line the coast, allowing you and your fellow guests to relax and unwind in true Mediterranean fashion.

Along the coast, you’ll find delightful restaurants, bars and boutiques as Nueva Andalucia borders the high-flying Puerto Banus - a Spanish haven for the rich and famous. While in Puerto Banus, you can explore the upmarket offerings or watch the ships come in at the stylish marina.

If you fancy travelling beyond Nueva Andalucia, trendy Marbella is just a 20-minute drive away. Popular with chic travellers from all over the world, Marbella is a popular playground for those who like the finer things in life. While in town, you can party the night away in world-famous nightclubs or take in the view from one of the resort’s exclusive beach clubs. It’s not all glitz and glam in Marbella, though. If you prefer to take things slow, the city has one of Costa del Sol’s best-preserved old towns and some excellent beaches where you can kick back and relax.

With three inviting bedrooms to choose from, kids can spread out and enjoy having their own space just as they would at home.

In the living room, a large widescreen TV sits above the fireplace, letting kids relax on the sofa while they watch cartoons and movies. Good-quality Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, allowing kids to connect their personal devices and stream their favourite media with ease.

Upon the roof terrace, parents love having access to the private plunge pool. With its easy access, parents can quickly and easily cool down young children and babies from the heat of the sun in the comfort of their own home-away-from-home.

Beaches are dotted along the coastline in abundance, providing lots of opportunities for rest and play in equal measures. Each beach has its own unique character, from laid-back, quiet beaches to lively beaches filled with music and laughter from watersports and beach games.

Just a five-minute drive away from Torres Atico, you’ll find one of the area’s most popular beauty spots for families of all ages; Turtle Lake. This large blue reservoir is lovely and clean, with few visitors being able to swim in its waters during hot days. When not swimming and looking for the eponymous turtles, you can enjoy a laid-back walk along the lake’s edge, where you’ll be able to see a variety of birds and wildlife who call the nearby trees home.

Just ten minutes away is the adventurous Bulevar San Pedro Alcántara playground for children. Designed with kids in mind, the playground spans a 3km boulevard perfect for skating and biking, while splash pools provide the perfect opportunity for kids to keep cool while having fun.

Security deposit €1,000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €250, payable to Oliver's Travel with the balance payment. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
