The ground floor boasts a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all the essential appliances you could desire. From a microwave for quick and easy meals to a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience, and even a Nespresso coffee machine to start your mornings right – it's all here, at your fingertips.

The three thoughtfully designed bedrooms are a testament to comfort and convenience, and each is equipped with air conditioning and ample wardrobe space. The main bedroom is a dream come true, featuring an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and a generously sized shower. The two guest rooms are equally inviting, one featuring a double bed whilst the other offers two comfy singles, ensuring that all guests enjoy a relaxing and restful experience. The two additional rooms also share a well-appointed bathroom.

Stepping outside, the south-facing terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea, and the soothing sound of water features just outside your window creates a tranquil environment. You can soak up the sun, enjoy al fresco dining, or unwind with a book.

Whilst enjoying the security of the gated complex, guests also have access to its fantastic facilities. Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 3 - 7 pm. Out of hours arrival will incur a fee of €50.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €250, paid to OT with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
