Imagine passing your days sipping a cocktail in the sun, with a good book and an even better view! Casa Romani is a charming holiday home perched onto the hillside above Lloret de Mar, boasting breath-taking views over the Mediterranean. Sleeping ten guests, this bright and modern villa is the perfect retreat away from your busy day to day lives. 

The villa is divided into two apartments, with separate entrances to each of them, ideal for two families travelling together. From the moment you arrive, Casa Romani has the feel of a home away from home. Offering the charm of fireplaces and traditional features, combined with clean white walls and contemporary furnishings. The ground floor apartment boasts an open plan living and dining room with bright windows capturing the stunning sea views. The separate kitchen is modern and stylish, fully equipped so you can prepare your own home-cooked meals. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom on this floor. On the first floor, the décor is slightly more traditional, offering an open plan kitchen and dining room and a cosy living room with a fireplace. From the living room, patio doors slide open to a balcony; an idyllic spot for your morning coffee! There are two double bedrooms in this apartment, one with an en-suite, as well as a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.

Outside, Casa Romani offers a sequence of charming living spaces, from shady seating to cosy corners with a breath-taking view and the spacious pool terrace. A balcony wraps around the villa, with two outdoor dining tables and two comfy chairs where you can sit, relax and enjoy quality time with your loved ones in this stunning setting. A garden gate leads through the large private pool, bordered by a well-manicured lawn, with another large al-fresco dining table. 

The luscious greens of the surrounding trees, clear blue of the sky and turquoise of the Mediterranean all knit together to create the perfect setting for a holiday in the sun. The Costa Brava offers endless beaches, attractions and towns for you to explore a fantastic holiday location.

Casa Romani is divided into two apartments, with separate entrances to each of them. The house (180m2 (plot 900 m2) is situated in a quiet area of Lloret de Mar (Serra Brava), just 3km from the beach and 7 Km from the centre of Tossa de Mar ( 4.5 Km from the centre of Lloret de Mar). There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 10 people

Casa Romani is located in a tranquil hillside spot in the residential area of Serra Brava with stunning sea views. The villa is located only 15 minutes’ drive away from the Old Town of Tossa de Mar, 10-minutes from the lively streets of Lloret de Mar and the sandy shores of Cala Canyelles Beach are close at hand. You can even reach the stunning city of Barcelona in a little over an hour, taking a day to explore the unique architecture and rich culture of the city! 

Cala Canyelles is characteristic of the Costa Brava coastline. The beach offers a picturesque stretch of coarse white sand with clear sea water where you can swim safely. There are umbrellas and deck chairs to rent as well as the opportunity to hire pedal boats, parasailing, water-skiing and canoeing – adding a little adventure into your day at the seaside! A highlight of this beach has to be the beachfront restaurant. Popular with visitors, the restaurant serves Mediterranean classics, with plenty of fish and fresh paellas on offer for you to choose from.

Girona and the Costa Brava are renowned for their rich history, wonderful food and joyful music, so everywhere around Casa Romani you can enjoy this varied culture. Whether this is your first visit to the Costa Brava, or you have been many times before, there is always something new to see and explore. In the summer months, the neighbouring towns of Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar come alive with music events and festivities, whilst the winter offers a quieter ambience.

Lloret de Mar, found 4.5km from Casa Romani is an energetic seaside town. It boasts beautiful family-friendly beaches, a strip of beachfront restaurants, theatres, music venues and lively bars! Popular with younger crowds in the evening, the atmosphere is not to missed, with the sound of Spanish guitar echoing through the streets and the bustle of crowds in the squares. Frequented for its large water park, Lloret de Mar is busy by day and night alike, with its blue-flag beaches busy in throughout the summer.

Tossa de Mar offers a slightly quieter atmosphere than its lively neighbour. Located 7km from the villa, we would highly recommend an afternoon exploring the Medieval town walls and ambling around the narrow-cobbled streets!

Casa Romani is located between two wonderful seaside towns, offering all the amenities you need to be comfortable as a family, with great beaches even closer by. 

The villa itself is split into two apartments. So, if you have two families travelling together or several generations of your own, it offers everyone their own privacy, yet with plenty of space for you to come together and enjoy time as a group. Located in a quiet residential area, it is very safe for young children to play, with quiet streets and little traffic, ensuring your kids will always be safe. The bunk room on the first floor is best suited to children, and the twin bedroom downstairs is great for siblings to share. A cot and a high chair can also be provided at a cost for any little ones. From the moment you arrive, we’re sure it won’t take long for kids to find their way into the large swimming pool! A few inflatables add hours to the poolside fun, whilst you can relax around the pool, admiring the sea views and keeping a quiet eye.

The surrounding area is popular with families. In this way, the beaches offer water sports, adding a thrill to beach days and the nearby restaurants often have menus for kids, with plenty of options for them to choose from. The beach at Lloret de Mar has been awarded a Blue flag for its fantastic environmental and quality standards, ensuring the water is clean and safe for you and your kids to swim in. We would also highly recommend taking a boat trip as a family, offering something for everyone, kids will love snorkelling off the boat, and you can find quiet coves and beaches to enjoy as a group.

Another reason to visit Lloret de Mar, is of course Water World, the towns ever-popular water park! One of the biggest water parks in Europe, the park is full of water slides, pools and all sorts of exhilarating rides for your whole family to enjoy!

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €150 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time Between 4.30 - 8 pm
Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €120, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance payment.. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Not included in the rental price. An extra €10 per person per week to be paid in cash on arrival
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access not included in rental price, extra cost of €50 per week to be paid upon arrival.
Minimum stay 3 nights
Changeover day Saturday during peak season.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €35 per pet per week will apply (paid locally).
Smoking Allowed? Not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax of €1 per person per day for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Cot and high chair available at an extra cost of €35 per item per week.
