With four bedrooms, this villa sleeps up to seven people comfortably, making it an ideal choice for a family, friends or multiple couples travelling together.
On the ground floor, you will find the main living areas, with a bright open-plan lounge/dining room, as well as a separate fully-equipped kitchen and a toilet. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open out from the living area to a fantastic and spacious terrace, with magnificent views of Begur. This terrace has a large dining table for enjoying delicious alfresco meals, as well as a separate seating area; come up to the terrace and enjoy the magnificent views with a glass of wine!
On the lower level, guests will find the master suite with its own private bathroom, as well as two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, as well as a single bedroom. There is also a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern fittings. All of the bedrooms have been finished to a high standard, and feature sliding glass doors that open out onto the private pool area. The private pool is a rare and fantastic element of a central townhouse in Begur; settle down on a sun lounger with a good book and a cool drink while the kids splash around in the pool! The stunning sea views visible from the terrace add an extra something special to this Spanish gem; with the beach just moments away, and the heart of bustling Begur even closer, guests will be in heaven at Villa Garzania!
What you should know…
- The bedrooms all have access to the pool terrace via sliding glass doors; the pool is not fenced, so guests must take care to lock the doors at night so young children cannot get out

About the surrounding area of Villa GarzaniaLocated within the heart of Begur, a hidden gem of the ever-popular Costa Brava, this town has a reputation as a stylish holiday choice, with a wide range of quality restaurants and shops, all offering a taste of sophisticated Spain. Begur has become very popular with the Spanish, many of whom travel from the city of Barcelona, which, if you feel like stretching your legs is located just 1-hour North of Begur! Located around a fifty-minute drive from the stunning city of Girona (50 km) or just over an hour (131 km) from the ever-buzzing Barcelona, Begur offers a fantastic location for all.
Begur is overflowing with Spanish charm and has a plethora of things to do from fantastic local eateries and restaurants to boutique shopping and much more. There are of course the ruins of the Castell de Begur which makes for an interesting hike.
Begur is conveniently located within a slew of local Spanish towns and villages giving families and explorers plenty of things to do. There are also the stylish beaches of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera which are just a short drive away. These beaches have a reputation for being some of the most stunning beaches in Costa Brava. Snorkel to your hearts’ content, or hire a boat and visit some of the nearby coves for a change of scenery.
If history is your passion, then perhaps the nearby villages of Regencos and Púbol will interest you. They are both oozing with medieval architecture, especially Púbol which is home to many landmarks associated with Salvador Dalí, including the ruins of the castle that he gifted to his Russian wife, Gala. Begur is also local to many golf courses, two of which are located within 10km of the village.
Begur is known for having a good nightlife, with certain areas of the town having popular cocktail bars and nightclubs which is ideal for those who enjoy letting their hair down. Furthermore, for children and those adults who are young at heart there is a water theme-park in Begur called Platja d’Aro; packed with fun slides and flumes! Also, it is only an hour’s drive from Girona-Costa Brava Airport, so getting there could not be any easier!

Best Suited For: All AgesThis fantastic villa is perfect for families travelling with children; with a twin bedroom as well as a single room, Villa Garzania is ideally set up for kids. The private pool will provide hours of splash-filled fun, and the central location is also a brilliant feature.
There is also a wonderful range of things to do for children in and around this destination. Various boating excursions are on offer at the nearby beaches of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera, where guests can visit the nearby coves and snorkel in the crystal clear waters. For the water babies, it’s a great spot for diving, and there are a few dive centres to be found in the area.
For art lovers, Salvador Gala Dalí Castle House is around 30km away in Púbol, and in Figueres (58km) you can visit the Dalí Museum. A little further away in Céret, is the Museum of Modern Art (Musée d’Art Moderne) where you can see the works of Matisse and Picasso.
Begur Castle is also well worth a visit for children; In 1607 the castle’s owners sold the rights to the town. During the 20th century restoration work was undertaken, and this means that what you see today has had delicate work done to it. This work has also enabled people with limited mobility and wheelchairs to visit the castle.
Another gorgeous Costa Brava town, Palafrugell, is only 7km away, where apart from seeing the town and its lovely beaches, you can also go to the colourful Sunday morning market, or the daily market. Palafrugell also has quite a few good deli shops, plus Lidl and Carrefour, so it can be a good place to get stocked up, for those of you who are planning to rent an apartment or villa.
