With spacious rooms, and a lovely terrace and pool area, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break with family and friends.
 
Surrounded by leafy trees, Villa Molt enjoys a secluded position with a large terrace area to relax in the sun and soak up the beautiful views over the mountains. Arranged over four floors, the recently-renovated home has a contemporary yet traditional feel, with beautiful stone walls and typical terracotta tiled roofs. The central living space can be found on the ground floor, with a generous seating area and large dining table that enjoy plenty of light through a series of glass doors leading to the terrace beyond. On the other side, a well-equipped kitchen looks over the pool, and a further set of doors open out to a covered patio with a charming barbecue area and outdoor dining table tucked beneath the tiled pergola. Enjoy long lunches in the shade or make the most of the warm evenings and entertain everyone with a delicious barbecued meal whilst watching the light fade over the mountains in the distance. Tucked around the corner, a large outdoor sofa and two armchairs offer an informal seating area to laze throughout the day or relax after dinner with a cold bottle of wine.
 
The impressive terrace wraps around the front of the house, giving every opportunity to take in the beautiful vista and a large pool is positioned in the centre. Cool off with a swim or relax in one sun loungers arranged around the pool's edge and enjoy the tranquil setting. A stylish daybed sits beneath an umbrella, offering the perfect spot to read or enjoy an afternoon siesta, whilst a beautifully designed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a swim.
 
A central staircase leads to the upper levels, where there are four double bedrooms and a fifth room with a single bed. Bright and spacious, the bedrooms are minimally furnished with picture frame windows looking out across the tree-covered hills. There are four bathrooms in total, with a mixture of baths and showers, and a guest toilet can be found on both the ground and lower ground floors. On the upper level, a second living room has multiple openings to the surrounding landscape, and a large L-shaped sofa creates a cosy spot to relax or watch the weather changing over the mountains during the cooler months.

Whilst enjoying a secluded position at the base of the Puig Campana Mountain range, Villa Molt is roughly 2 kilometres from the centre of Finestrat, making it easy to reach the local amenities and explore the beautiful surrounding area.
 
The majestic Puig Campana Mountain, also known as the 'sleeping giant', reaches an altitude of 1,406 metres and is the second-highest peak in the Alicante region. Just a few minutes walk from the villa, Font del Moli marks the starting point of several trails that lead to the mountain's impressive summit. Whilst challenging, the routes are accessible for most levels of fitness, and the breathtaking views from the top make it worthwhile, with a panoramic vista stretching over the Mediterranean coastline.
 
An easy walk or short drive takes you down to the hillside settlement of Finestrat. Literally translated as 'window to the sea', this charming mountain village dates back to the Palaeolithic era, and you can wander the historic streets built on plaster rock and visit the 17th-century Church of Sant Bertomeu. Surrounded by pine-covered hills dotted with olive and almond trees, the village enjoys a gentle pace, but there are a handful of shops and restaurants where you can try the region's traditional cuisine or purchase some fresh local produce to take back to the villa.
 
The nearby coast is just 20 minutes by car, where you will find long stretches of golden sand and enjoy sunny days on one of Benidorm's many beaches. The central Playa de Levante is one of the town's most popular beaches, with a palm-lined promenade hugging the sand and plenty of restaurants and beach bars to enjoy. There are also a number of water sports to enjoy, as well as several children's playgrounds and outdoor fitness zones. For a less crowded option, head slightly south, where you will find the charming beach of Playa El Torres. Surrounded by leafy trees that provide some shade from the midday heat, the white-pebbled beach and clear blue waters are perfect for a quiet afternoon beside the sea. Alternatively, a 30-minute drive to the north, the beautiful Cala Tio Ximo is enclosed within the rugged landscape and rocky cliffs, offering the perfect spot for a secluded swim or grab a snorkel and explore the sea bed.
 
The lively city of Benidorm has plenty to enjoy, with a buzzing nightlife and multiple nautical activities. Once a village populated by fishermen, it is still possible to walk amongst the traditional whitewashed houses and winding cobbled streets of the city's Old Town. Stop at the beautiful Iglesia de San Jaime to admire the 18th-century facade and domes covered in rich blue tiles, or walk out to the Mirador de Benidorm, where you can enjoy views back along the coastline from the traditional Moorish-style viewing platform. Calle Santo Domingo is full of tapas bars, inviting you to stop off and sample traditional plates of meat and cheese or enjoy a classic dish of gambas al ajillo. Alternatively, for some freshly grilled fish, head down to the seafront to the lovely Restaurante Ulia where you can enjoy the local catch of the day or a delicious plate of traditional paella.

Spend sunny days beside the pool, or fire up the barbecue and share an evening meal with everyone. The enclosed garage can be used as a large inside space to play in case it's raining, whilst the lovely living room on the upper floor offers a cosy spot for kids to relax in the evening and watch a movie whilst parents can enjoy a more peaceful moment downstairs.
 
Twenty minutes of driving brings you to the coast, making it easy to spend a day beside the sea, and Benidorm offers a number of beaches suitable for all the family. The central Playa de Levante is great for young children, with a long stretch of golden sand and a gentle shoreline for paddling. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants for lunchtime snacks and a number of beachside playgrounds to keep little ones amused. Head to the marina, where you can take a boat across the Isla de Benidorm and explore its scenic trails or snorkel in one of the picturesque coves. Little ferry boats regularly depart from the main harbour, and the trip offers a wonderful perspective back across the bay.
 
For a more action-packed day out, the popular Auqalandia is just 30 minutes drive to the north, where you can expect colourful slides, tubes and wave pools for a fun family day out. Alternatively, the popular Terra Mítica theme park is a 15-minute drive away, and a bit further is Terra Natura, a popular zoo with a range of animals to learn about and a water park onsite!
