Stylish and sophisticated, this beaming two-storey haven sits atop the Alicante hills just 700 meters from the nearby beach, offering the perfect base for your sunny, seaside holiday to Spain.
The modern interior is bright and spacious, with a brilliant open plan living space including a large dining table, a TV with DVD player, two large sofas and coffee table and an exposed staircase to the first floor. The beautifully fitted kitchen adjoins the living area on the ground floor and as well as all the latest mod cons it contains a great breakfast table, allowing you the choice of where to dine each mealtime. On this ground floor, there is also one double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a utility room for your convenience, in which you’ll find a washing machine to ensure ease of living throughout your stay.
On the first-floor there is a second double bedroom which benefits from both its dressing room and an en-suite shower, as well as a beautiful private balcony, making this the true master bedroom! There are also an additional two twin-bedrooms which share a bathroom and enjoy direct access to a great balcony overlooking the pool area via a large set of French doors. All four bedrooms are spacious and airy, with modern fittings.
Bright and beautiful by day, the villa lights up (literally!) at night, with a stunning array of exterior lights, so you can stay out under the stars late into the night and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of your vast garden space and the quiet neighbourhood. This fabulous, exotic garden contains a large private swimming pool enveloped in beautiful greenery, some comfortable sun loungers and two separate seating areas within the shade of the veranda, allowing you to indulge in an alfresco meal when the mood takes you! There is also a large BBQ for your exclusive use allowing you to rustle up some quick and easy food in the comfort of your private garden. There is also a table tennis table for the active ones in the group.
