Located in a truly breath-taking, hillside location, Villa Baya is the perfect holiday location for a large family or group of friends. This spacious and stylish villa is ideally suited to a luxurious holiday for six guests.
Just 6km from the sea, Villa Baya offers a balance between a quiet location with plenty of privacy, while remaining nearby all the amenities and tourist facilities.
Spread over two spacious levels, Villa Baya brings together charming; character features with contemporary styles and furnishings. These carefully considered interiors provide a relaxed and yet luxurious atmosphere to the property, perfect for carrying that holiday feeling and laid-back atmosphere!
On the ground floor, a vast, open-plan living space lends itself to guests, providing all the entertaining space you may need and benefit from fabulous glass doors that lead out to the terrace. Throughout the villa, there are three good-sized bedrooms, all boasting en-suite bathrooms.
The first double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, with the remaining two, on the first floor. Whether you are inside or out, Villa Baya shows off its stunning, panoramic views of the sea, mountains and countryside, a constant reminder of your beautiful surroundings.
Outside, guests can enjoy the vast terrace, soaking in the views and the sunshine in style! The glistening private swimming pool is ideal for kids and adults alike, where you can cool off on hot summer days. With space to dine al-fresco, barbecue with a view and enjoy a glass or two of local wine, Villa Baya leaves little to be desired!
The surrounding area of Altea offers a picturesque old town, ideal for meandering around on warm summer evenings. With shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment all within the resort, guests don’t have to travel far to find everything you may want!

- We would recommend hiring a car when staying at the villa to make the most of the surrounding areas
- One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and so may be less suitable for children

About the surrounding area of Villa BayaVilla Baya is located in a quiet, sunny, hillside position in the district of Altea. This fabulous property is ideal for families and groups of friends. The villa itself sits in a family-friendly, residential area.
The beach is nearby, suitable for those who like to spend days playing in the sand and swimming in the ocean. The nearby regions offer ample entertainment and activities, with golf courses, water parks and water sports, leaving nothing to be desired for guests.
Many international artists are based in Altea, giving the town a bohemian character, with a picturesque old town ideal for strolling around on warm summer evenings.
The cosy resort, sits in a convenient position, 125 km south-east from Valencia, 50 km north-east from Alicante. Sandy beaches and swimming bays can be found on the coast between Calpe and Moraira, with the coastline shaped by its picturesque cliffs.
The countryside is particularly beautiful when the almond trees are in blossom, from the end of January to the beginning of March. The beautiful surrounding countryside is full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Guests can enjoy the Friday markets, and there is fresh fish available every morning!
