The crystal-clear waters of the pool mirror the surrounding mountains, and from the adjacent viewpoint, you'll be treated to breathtaking sunset views over the southern part of the island. In the absence of light pollution, the night sky becomes a celestial spectacle, inviting you to fall asleep under a blanket of stars.

Upon entering the single-storey property, be prepared to be enchanted by open, warm, and colourful common areas that echo the colonial style of the town. A spacious living room, adorned with a wood-burning fireplace, sets a cosy tone, complemented by a plush cream corner sofa. The adjacent dining room, bathed in natural light, boasts a table for eight, while a professional poker table beckons those seeking a touch of excitement. The kitchen, with its blue hues, stands as a testament to culinary artistry, equipped with high-end appliances and ample food preparation space.

Hacienda Tenerife’s three double bedrooms are fitted with soft comfortable beds, sumptuous seating areas and TVs. Two of the double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms for your convenience, while large windows ensure you are treated to glorious rural views. For younger guests, the children's living space features a playful decoration that sparks their imaginative wanderings. With four single beds and a bright, airy ambience, the bedroom provides the perfect space for siblings or friends to share restful moments together.

Hacienda Tenerife also features an indoor gym space and sauna, perfect for those who don’t want to neglect their fitness or wellness regime during their stay. Outside, guests can relax and dine in the villa’s elegant grounds, which feature the aforementioned private pool - easily accessible via steps - as well as shaded seating and dining areas, and a table tennis table. THE REGION

Tenerife is the island of a thousand experiences. There are a thousand things you can do at any time of year, thanks to the mild climate and the enormous range of activities on offer in the largest of the Canary Islands.

The lively beaches with fine, golden sand and calm waters are located in Tenerife’s main tourist hubs in the south of the island. But there are also quieter beaches, further away from the towns, dotted along the coast. There are some with dark, volcanic sand shaped into marvellous natural pools and ponds that are protected from the waves.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €500 paid via bank transfer to the owner at least 48 hours before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm - 10 pm.
Departure time 11 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Pool heating is included in the rental price. This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Not applicable.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - Parties are not allowed at this villa.
- Luggage drop off is permitted at this villa on request. Please request during the booking process.
- Bicycles are available to rent at this villa on request. Please request during the booking process.
- A cot and high chair are available on request. Please request during the booking process.

The following extras are available on request and at an extra cost, paid to the owner before arrival:
- Extra set if towels (1 big, 1 small) €6 per guest per reservation. - Inflatables €30 per reservation.
- Bathrobe €10 per reservation.
- Daily cleaning €118.50 per day.
- Case with 12 water bottles (still/sparkling) €7.50 per case.
Other 2 The property managers have their own experienced catering team and the use of any external caterers is not permitted. Please request at the time of booking.
