Spread across two floors, the newly constructed home boasts top-quality fixtures, modern furnishings, and stylish decor. The first-floor living space is a spacious open-plan area with large windows offering stunning sea views. It features comfortable sofas, armchairs, a flatscreen TV where you can gather to watch films in the evening. This area also has a formal dining table seating six. The fully-equipped kitchen, adjacent to the living area, allows for seamless socialising while preparing meals.

Both bedrooms, located on the ground floor, offer peaceful retreats with doors opening to the garden, filling the rooms with natural light. Each bedroom is furnished with two twin beds arranged like a double bed and comes with its own en-suite shower room.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €106 per booking, to be paid to OT with the balance.
