Hidden away in an extensive and extraordinary lush countryside plot on the outskirts of Malaga, Villa Garbancito could not be better placed for visiting the many surrounding towns and beaches scattered along the vibrant Costa del Sol coastline.
Villa Garbancito is located in the charming and traditional town of Alhaurin de la Torre, where you will find a selection of delightful local eateries and grocery stores.
This wonderful villa boasts 3 swimming pools, yes, three!! One of them is particularly large at over 15 metres long, and one of the others is a children’s pool, making this a rather special choice for families with children of any age. There is also an enormous garden to run around in, and keen gardeners will revel at the vast array of Mediterranean plants on display, it is clear to see that the gardener has his hands full!
Inside, you will find a delightful living space, with a comfy living room, spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner and 3 lovely bedrooms, one of which is en-suite boasting a delightful free standing bath tub. The bedrooms are air conditioned, a very welcome facility, especially during the hotter summer months.
With the iconic and popular towns of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Mijas and Fuengirola nearby, as well as the renowned beaches and cosmopolitan marinas in Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona also within a forty-minute drive, it is clear to see why Villa Garbancito is destined to become such a popular choice amongst our discerning clientele.
