Each morning, bright blue skies will draw you outside to the spacious garden terrace, where a covered outdoor dining area provides the ideal spot for your freshly-brewed cup of coffee. After enjoying the slopes of Mont d’Arbois, you can feel the day’s adventures melt away in the soothing waters of Chalet Leon’s garden hot tub, providing you with a blissful après-ski moment under the stars. During the warmer months, the garden terrace features sun loungers, while the chalet’s sizeable wraparound balcony offers a comfortable outdoor lounge where everyone can gather to enjoy a sunset glass of wine.
Chalet Leon’s main living space is on the first floor, boasting a contemporary open-plan layout and abundant natural light. With a double-height vaulted ceiling and exposed timber beams, this bright and airy space offers two welcoming lounge areas, one of which features a sumptuous corner sofa, a TV and the warm glow of a central fireplace, inviting guests to curl up and unwind after an invigorating day on the slopes. The second lounge area flows seamlessly into an elegant dining area, where everyone can discuss the day’s adventures over a home-cooked feast. Meanwhile, a sleek and spacious kitchen offers a range of modern appliances and a minimalist island. Also located on the first floor, guests will find a delightful double bedroom featuring balcony access and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
On Chalet Leon’s second floor, guests will find three more beautiful double bedrooms, two of which boast balcony access. Each bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower or a bathtub. The bedrooms offer relaxed, understated décor and a warm and restful ambience for guests. Another spacious double bedroom is featured on the ground floor, with terrace access and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The resort perfectly encapsulates the authentic charm of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, offering breathtaking scenery, vast and varied terrain and a historic town centre known for its chic shopping and excellent gastronomy, effortlessly exuding a feeling of laidback luxury. With a treasure trove of exceptional facilities and outdoor activities to enjoy throughout the year, Megève delights visitors time and time again with its picturesque Alpine meadows, dense forests and majestic mountain vistas.
Megève offers its visitors three primary ski areas, encompassing 325km of pistes. From Chalet Leon, the Télécabine du Chamois is roughly 800m away, providing direct access to the slopes of Rochebrune. Rochebrune is home to meandering green and gentle blue pistes. For those searching for more challenging runs, a network of blue and red slopes will provide plenty of adrenaline-fuelled action on sunny afternoons.
Visitors to the slopes of Rochebrune can access the spectacular Mont d'Arbois via a cable car that connects both ski areas, offering scenic views of the snowy valley below.
