Situated in the lively Méribel Center, Apartment Bouquetin is a modern three-bedroom duplex apartment that accommodates eight guests. It’s located in the heart of the Les Allues valley — boasting 600 kilometres of pistes and three lush interlinked valleys, famous among winter sports enthusiasts. Its enviable location means you’re in the middle of all the action in the main village.
Spread over 62 sq. m., the apartment is a stylish mix of modern interiors with rustic details. Built on natural and traditional materials like stone, wood and lauze, the architecture offers the trademark charm of the holiday homes of Méribel.
The living room located on the ground floor has high ceilings and is decorated with an interplay of white, grey and blue tones. It offers direct access to the garden-level terrace, from where you can catch pine trees looking over the endless Alps.
Attached to this is the fully-equipped kitchen. Sleek black and grey cabinets perfectly contrast the whimsical 4-seater dining table with three-trunk seats. A blender, coffee machine, dishwasher, fondue appliance, freezer and fridge are available.
There is also a cabin bedroom on the ground floor. Bathed in white with sparse furniture, the double bedroom and TV offer a clutter-free space. There is also an independent bathroom on this floor.
Up a short flight of wooden stairs is the first floor, where you can find another cabin bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers for all your winter wear. The chic en-suite bathroom with grey and white walls has a shower, a towel dryer and a single sink. Next to this is another cabin with two wooden bunk beds, enough for four children. A colourful independent bathroom is also provided.
Other essentials like a ski locker and wifi are included. For guests coming in the winter, the bedrooms are impeccably made up before arrival by the staff at Apartment Bouquetin. High-end bathroom products, towels and sheets are also provided.
What you should know…
- The duplex apartment does not have an elevator. However, the flight of stairs is very short and may be accessible for senior travellers.
- While the bedrooms don’t have windows with outdoor views, both double bedrooms are connected to the living area, ensuring they are airy and well-lit.
- Kids must be monitored at all times.

About the surrounding area of Apartment BouquetinThe home is in Méribel— a fantastic ski resort in the Valley of Allues. With over 600 kilometres of tree-lined pistes, it's hailed as one of the most glorious ski areas in the world.
When it comes to winter sports activities, you're spoiled for choices. The snowy slopes of Mont Vallon, the Plattieres, the Tougnete and the Saulire are second to none. High-powered, ultra-modern ski lifts allow easy transportation back and forth.
The home provides an easy connection to chic boutiques, gastronomical adventures, hypnotic fireworks and pulsating nightspots. Take the Olympe gondola lift or the bus to the gorgeous Méribel Centre. Adrenaline junkies should try out activities such as snowshoeing, dog sledging and heliskiing.
Even if you encounter bad weather, there's no rain on your parade. The Olympic Park by La Chaudanne offers a 25-metre swimming pool, fitness centre, spa and climbing walls. Explore La Chaudanne and stop by its myriad of shops, elegant restaurants and cosy pubs. From gourmet fare to pocket-friendly options, you're promised a gastronomical adventure. Grab lunch on the terrace of La Cantine d'Alvar against the lovely backdrop of Mont Vallon. Sample aromatic Indian dishes in Tsaretta Spice and creamy fondues in La Fromagerie.
Go hiking on the 25 km trails around the valley, which boast picturesque natural beauty. Witness charming villages, frozen lakes and scenic peaks. After 3 pm every day, enjoy dazzling cabaret acts, singing performances, and dancers in extravagant costumes at La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel.
Take advantage of the quaint, fairytale-like ambience of Méribel Village, a small distance from Meribel Centre. A cocoon of tranquillity, it's perched at an altitude of 1400 metres. Witness its beautiful wooden and stone homes. Visit its rustic chapel and feel like you have stepped into the pages of history. The village square is a township with free car parking, a supermarket, a bakery, a sports shop and two restaurants. Enjoy traditional Savoyard cuisine and French gourmet at these. The Resort
Méribel is a village with a true alpine heart. You won’t find blocks of hotels and purpose-built facilities here. Instead, the compact and lively town centre is picture-postcard perfect, and its atmosphere is quaint and fairytale-like. It is without a doubt the most romantic resort in the area and if you’re planning a couples holiday in the snow you’ll definitely want to take a closer look at Méribel.
At the centre of the world famous Trois Vallées (Three Valleys), Méribel makes up part of the largest ski domain in the world. Across the valleys, it has six sister resorts. You can either get a single-resort lift pass and keep to the fantastic beginner and intermediate terrain there, but you also have the option of purchasing a pass that covers the whole area.
The advanced lift system at Méribel will let you maximise your time on the snow and make sure you’re not waiting around in queues. With 67 runs to try out just in the resort itself, there is no time to be wasted. Just beware of the afternoon sun cutting things short on the west-facing slopes and prepare to get up with the sun if you’re after untouched powder. At it’s highest skiing point Méribel reaches an altitude of 2952 metres and the descent from this point is known to be one of the most scenic runs around.
Aside from the world-class skiing, Méribel is also known to be one of the liveliest resorts in the Three Valleys. Many of its residents and bar-owners (as well as plenty of its visitors) are expat-Brits who certainly know how to party. The après-ski scene here is truly top-notch!
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesApartment Bouquetin is an ideal family-friendly retreat. Have an exciting slumber party on the bunk beds. For young children who want to try skiing, head to Family Cool in Méribel — an area completely reserved for them. They can also enjoy other delights of the region such as tunnels, igloos and zip lines.
On a sunny day, head to the large terraces of Rond-Point des Pistes, the Piou-Piou here is a must-visit for children. Take a walk on the narrow streets and soak in the wooden chalets, chic apartments and panoramic views of Mont Vallon and Tougnète.
They will love gliding on the ice skating rink in Olympic Park. See who scores the highest in the bowling alley, which has a few kid-friendly lanes. Enjoy hours of splashy fun in the indoor swimming pool, which includes a kids’ section.
