Tucked amidst the wild, snowy peaks of Méribel, Apartment Arpasson 3 is a family-friendly four-bedroom apartment for eight guests. Nestled in the valley of Les Allues in France, one of the largest and most striking ski destinations in the world, it’s at a close distance from modern ski lifts and tree-lined pistes. Only 230 meters from sweeping slopes, it’s a haven for adrenaline junkies and winter sport enthusiasts.
Make the most of its captivating location. A stone’s throw away from Morel, it offers a cheerful mix of pubs, restaurants and sports shops.
The home welcomes you with the rustic charm of an Alpine cabin and modern facilities. Snug interiors and wooden elements blend beautifully with the warm, inviting ambience.
Sprawling balconies and open decks go perfectly with the surroundings, making you feel in harmony with nature.
The living area is comfy and sumptuous — adorned with cobble-stoned walls, neutral tones and brightly-lit spaces. After a long day of skiing, make yourself comfortable on fur seats and unwind before the crackling fireplace. Large glass sliders ooze plenty of natural light. The vibrant red-coloured seating arrangement and sleek TV offer ample indoor entertainment. Board games are also provided for some family fun.
Dig into sumptuous meals at the dining table. If you’re travelling with toddlers, you can request high chairs to make them comfortable.
The kitchen is open-plan and well-equipped. It includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and induction hobs.
The bedrooms are beautifully designed, all four feature double beds and a TV. Two of them come with en-suite bathrooms. It also has a private balcony, from where you can bask in sweeping views while sipping on your morning coffee. The glossy bathtub is ideal for endless relaxation.

About the surrounding area of Apartment Arpasson 3Meribel is a panoramic ski resort in the Valley of Allues. With over 600 kilometres of rolling pistes, it's recognised as one of the most awe-inspiring ski areas worldwide.
Ski enthusiasts will delight on the long, uninterrupted slopes of Mont Vallon, the Plattieres, the Tougnete and the Saulire. Make the most of the high-powered, ultra-modern ski lifts for easy travel back and forth.
The home is at a close distance from local shops, culinary adventures, beautiful fireworks and cheerful nightspots. Take the Olympe gondola lift or the bus to the stunning Meribel Centre. Adrenaline junkies are in for a treat with exciting winter sports like snowshoeing, husky sledging and heliskiing.
Take a walk along La Chaudanne and check out its assortment of stores, restaurants and pubs. Grab lunch on the terrace of La Cantine d'Alvar, against a magical backdrop of Mont Vallon. Dig into authentic Indian food at Tsaretta Spice and creamy fondues at La Fromagerie.
Non-skiers can explore 25 km of gorgeous hiking trails across the valley. Witness scenic villages, frozen lakes and snowy peaks. Post 3 pm every day, enjoy vibrant cabaret acts, singing performances and dancers in extravagant costumes at La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel.
Meribel Village is a gorgeous hamlet, slightly removed from Meribel Centre. A cocoon of tranquillity, it's perched at an altitude of 1400 metres. Its beautiful wooden and stone chalets will mesmerise you. Visit its rustic chapel and feel like you have stepped into the pages of history. The village square is a township unto itself, with free car parking, a supermarket, bakery, sports shop and two restaurants. Dig into decadent Savoyard cuisine and French gourmet at these. Listen to live music après ski at Lodge du Village.

The Resort
Méribel is a village with a true alpine heart. You won’t find blocks of hotels and purpose-built facilities here. Instead, the compact and lively town centre is picture-postcard perfect, and its atmosphere is quaint and fairytale-like. It is without a doubt the most romantic resort in the area and if you’re planning a couples holiday in the snow you’ll definitely want to take a closer look at Méribel.
At the centre of the world famous Trois Vallées (Three Valleys), Méribel makes up part of the largest ski domain in the world. Across the valleys, it has six sister resorts. You can either get a single-resort lift pass and keep to the fantastic beginner and intermediate terrain there, but you also have the option of purchasing a pass that covers the whole area.
The advanced lift system at Méribel will let you maximise your time on the snow and make sure you’re not waiting around in queues. With 67 runs to try out just in the resort itself, there is no time to be wasted. Just beware of the afternoon sun cutting things short on the west-facing slopes and prepare to get up with the sun if you’re after untouched powder. At it’s highest skiing point Méribel reaches an altitude of 2952 metres and the descent from this point is known to be one of the most scenic runs around.
Aside from the world-class skiing, Méribel is also known to be one of the liveliest resorts in the Three Valleys. Many of its residents and bar-owners (as well as plenty of its visitors) are expat-Brits who certainly know how to party. The après-ski scene here is truly top-notch!
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesKids and adults alike are guaranteed a magnificent time. They can build snowmen, play-fight with snowballs and indulge in a range of activities like hiking, horse riding and cycling.
After a long day in the snow, make them comfortable in front of the TV, where they can watch cartoons for hours. If you wish to arrange for highchairs or baby cots, the staff will be happy to help.
Blessed with a magical location, it’s also at an easy distance from nursery slopes, magical ice-skating rinks and other kid-friendly activities. Check with staff for details about ski schools and family-friendly spots in the neighbourhood.
Meribel is ideal for family retreats, with many attractions specially designed for kids. Head to Olympic Park and have a blast on the ice-skating rink. Little ones can show off their motor skills in the bowling alley, which has a few lanes for children over three. Enjoy hours of splashy fun in the indoor swimming pool, which includes a kids’ section.
Tuck into Cinéma du Mottaret, a cosy one-screen experience which shows children’s films every evening.
Take an exciting hot air balloon ride over snowy forests and eye-catching peaks at Courchevel Altiport, which is about 45 mins by car from Meribel Centre.
After all of this excitement, the little ones surely deserve treats. At Rond Point restaurant, they can enjoy the best ice cream sundaes in town. For something savoury, dip into a bowl of cheesy fondue at La Fromagerie or whip up your own using the fondue maker available inside the apartment.
