Located within the Praia D'El Rey Golf and Beach Resort, you are in one of the best locations for exploring this beautiful area of Portugal. With all the Resort's facilities at your disposal, there is plenty to keep you busy, and you are sure to see the highlights of the area during your stay! The apartment is located in the principal entrance of the Resort, near the Clubhouse and just a few kilometres from the beach.

The Resort itself offers six restaurants, a kid's club, spa, health centre and arguably one of the most stunning golf courses in Europe. The 18-hole golf course was designed by the renowned American golf architect Cabell B.Robinson and was inaugurated on 14th June 1997. Deep bunkers, sloping greens and sandy dunes contrast sharply with the lush fairways, making it the complete golfing challenge.

For outdoor activities and seaside adventures, the Resort has a multitude of options and recommendations available to you. The coast of Peniche is recognized for its picturesque beaches with great conditions for both relaxing and water sports alike. Be it the surf, bodyboarding or stand-up paddleboards that take your fancy, you can try one or all of the options during your stay, taking lessons or giving it a go yourself. Peniche is also one of the great fishing centres of Portugal, so you can try deep-sea fishing, accompanied by professionals who will take you to the best areas, helping you to make a good catch.

The nearby Óbidos Lagoon is the most extensive coastal lagoon system on the Portuguese coast. You can try canoeing, sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing and more, with exceptional conditions for water sports. If you are looking to go diving, then Berlengas Island is the best spot to interact with Portugal's underwater paradise, with a stunning marine diversity nestled between nooks and crannies. If you prefer, you can also snorkel!

The West Region with its Monasteries, Castles and unique natural and architectural heritage, it is well worth taking a tour to explore.
