Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit Oliver’s Travels to charge €200 to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full site inspection.
Arrival time 15:00.
Departure time 11:00 a.m.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €36 to be charged to Oliver’s Travels with final balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. An additional charge of €30 per pet is required, this is will confirmed and paid to Oliver's Travels along with the balance.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Porto city tax is €2.00 per person, per night. City tax is not included in the rental rate and is payable locally.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs High chairs can be hired. Please enquire during the booking process.
Other Ts and Cs Other services avaiable at an additional charge include: breakfast, airport transfer and experiences in Porto.
