Apartment Tomas is ideal for families or large groups, offering a capacity to accommodate up to ten people comfortably. This spacious apartment spans two floors and covers an area of 220 square meters. Located in the historic centre of Porto, specifically in Ribeira, it provides a perfect setting for family gatherings or group trips to this enchanting city.

The apartment comprises four bedrooms and five bathrooms, ensuring ample space and convenience for all guests. The common area is bright and spacious and features an open kitchen that seamlessly connects to the living room and dining area. Guests can enjoy a privileged view of the Gaia Bank and the iconic Luís I bridge from the comfort of the living and dining room. The living room can be expanded for larger groups to accommodate additional guests on a sofa bed.

Security deposit €200 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Please note that a later check-out may incur a fee of €30. Please enquire during the booking process.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Extra €77, paid to OT with the balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Porto Tourist Tax of €2.00 a night, per person for guests over 13. This is to be paid locally.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
