What you should know…

  • Whilst the house is all on one level, there are two bedrooms where you do need to step down one step to enter. However there are four other bedrooms that are all on the ground level
  • The swimming pool does not have a safety fence, however there is one available to hire if you want for peace of mind. We recommend keeping children under supervision at all times
  • Due to the location of the villa we recommend hiring a car to take advantage of seeing the surrounding region and get to places quicker

Security deposit £500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £300 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
