THE REGION

Situated some 7 km inland from the magnificent coastline for which this municipality of the Algarve is renowned, the small city of Lagoa has a rural feel that contrasts significantly with the cosmopolitan atmosphere of its popular seaside resorts.

Many of these tours also make time to explore the nearby beach, offering guests a full day out. Benagil Caves can be found around 20 minutes away from Casa Pedro.

One of the region's most popular landmarks is Slide & Splash Water Park, just over 5 minutes from the villa. This thrilling park is full of water slides, splash pads, and waves pools, giving guests the prime opportunity to explore this establishment at their own pace and run around to their heart's content. Security deposit €1000 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €200, paid to OT. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
