Are you looking for a peaceful escape to the Algarve countryside? Villa Quelfes Olhao is a stunningly renovated 19th-century farmhouse just 3 km from the vibrant town of Olhao. With its lush garden, private saltwater pool, and beautifully designed suites, this Villa is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends.
With six spacious suites, each with its own kitchen and ensuite bathroom, there's plenty of room for 16 guests. The suites themselves are designed to maximize natural light and a sense of closeness to nature, with natural materials like stone and wood. All the suites have double beds in them with extra singles beds and sofa beds in most suites making them perfect for families or friends who want to share a private villa but still have their own space.
Suppose your group prefers to cook and dine together. In that case, the Jacaranda suite can be transformed into a communal kitchen area with a large table on the terrace that comfortably seats everyone. And all the outside tables are portable, so you can easily move them to create one large outdoor dining area with shade and BBQs. But the real highlight of this Villa is the stunning saltwater pool, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, and a large shaded communal area perfect for sunset drinks. And with many shaded terraces throughout the garden, you'll always find the perfect spot to read a book and relax.
For those who want to take their relaxation to the next level, the Villa can arrange adult and children yoga classes within the grounds and Thai yoga massages.

What you should know…
- Pets are allowed upon request, so you can bring the whole family on holiday
- Some of the beds are sofa beds, making it super flexible with how many can stay
- There is a safety pool fence and gate however we recommend supervising children at all times when outside
- If you're arriving early, this property has luggage drop-off, so you can store your things whilst you wait for check-in
- There are beds for 16 guests, any additional guests will be sleeping on sofa beds. There are additional sleeping beds in each suite, so let us know where the extra guests will be and we will have their beds set up for them on arrival!

THE REGION
Estoi is a fascinating little town hidden away a few kilometres from the Algarve coastline. It makes for a perfect home base while exploring the region, although there is not much going on in the village itself.
Estoi is simple and picturesque, with cobbled streets, whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs. You can begin your exploration of the region’s history right here with the Palácio de Estoi, an exquisite rose-coloured rococo palace which is open to the public and nowadays run as a hotel.
Close by there are also the ruins of a Roman villa dating all the way back to the 2nd century AD. But most of what you’ll be doing in the village of Estoi is relaxing and looking on as local life goes around you, as well as travelling to explore the Algarve on your own terms.

The garden surrounding the Villa provides a safe and serene environment for kids to play, explore, and enjoy the natural surroundings. At the same time, the spacious suites offer a comfortable and private space for families to relax and unwind together.
Kids can explore the bustling markets and colourful streets, take a boat trip to the stunning beaches of Armona or Culatra islands, or even try their hand at fishing with one of the many local tour companies. And for those who love nature, there are several parks and reserves in the area where kids can spot birds, butterflies, and even dolphins! We were a group of 20 and Helena moved mountains to accommodate all of us! This house, this place, is amazing. Rustic, well appointed, spacious, charming, comfortable and with lots of entertainment and recreation space,”. The pool is great, big with lots of seating under sunbrellas. Despite being a big group we were never in each others way, a testament to the well thought out layout and accommodation of this villa. The service went above-and-beyond, including the purchasing and delivery of supermarket goods, all ready in the cupboards upon our checkin.
