What you should know…

  • Most of the bedrooms can be separate twin beds or can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. Just let us know what you prefer, and we can arrange this accordingly!
  • Two extra bedrooms are available in the separate annex at the back of the property, accessed via a courtyard from the second living room. These rooms have separate entrances (Please see Ts&Cs)
  • There are bedrooms on the ground floor for those with mobility issues
  • If you have young kids, a swimming pool fence is available for rent at an additional price, giving you peace of mind

Please note that all extras are subject to availability and must be requested in advance of the holiday (prices on request). Due to some rural/remote locations, not all services will be available at all properties. However, we will always do our best to fulfill your requests!

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £500 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, incldued in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 5 nights. All other durations upon request.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible during other periods.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge (to be paid to OT prior to travel) of £280/week, excepct for these dates (from 1st of March until the 30th of June). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay

    Room for all of us. Great facilities and fabulous pool and garden. Well situated for Vilamoura with its beach, marina and restaurants but also for pretty Loulé. Enjoyed numerous restaurants in the area - great choice. Handy for airport too.

    The villa was everything it promised to be and more...there was plenty of space for everyone and life revolved around the pool in the sun in the daytime and around the barbecue in the evening.

    All in all I think everybody rated it very highly and the grandchildren are still enthusing about the holiday voting it one of the best (and they have had some pretty spectacular holidays to choose from!). Thanks to everyone.
