You are in for a feast for the senses when you stay in the fabulous Villa Kentia, perfectly positioned on the hillside overlooking the town of Carini, near the north coast of the Italian island of Sicily.

This sumptuous villa is arranged over one floor, and has six superbly appointed bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to thirteen guests in some style.

The detached villa comes with a sweeping panoramic view terrace, which is home to a centrepiece freeform swimming pool, and if desired a cocktail waiter can be arranged too. The property comes with all the mod cons, including air conditioning in all the bedrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, satellite televisions, and an eco-friendly charging point for electric cars. The interiors are exquisite, showcasing uniquely styled rooms, furnished with designer pieces, Mediterranean tiled floors, and an eclectic colour scheme. 

Enter the villa, where a wrought iron Moorish gate opens into a reception room, with a very useful bar. Follow through to the Mediterranean style dining area, with a timbered ceiling, has an eight seater wooden table with white chairs, an open hearth fire for those cooler evenings, and footstools to sit on. Go towards the light where you will find the most extraordinary octagonal tower sitting room with panoramic view windows, that is home to three colourful matching sofas, a glass coffee table, and a sideboard with a flat screen television, all underneath a sparkling chandelier.

The country cottage style kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances which you will need to cater for your holiday, or better still arrange a private chef. 

The six different design bedrooms are on the same level, and all come with complimentary air conditioning. There are three bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a safe, and all with ensuite bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub. There are two bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with a double and a single bed. These bedrooms share two bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub, and the other has a shower. 

The tiered, city and sea view, terracotta tiled terrace is the star of the show. Pass the oasis style garden planted with colourful cacti, and make your way to the stupendous freeform swimming pool, with a corner hydromassage hot tub.

Relax on the surrounding sun loungers, and bathe under shady parasols. Lunch at the patio six seater dining set. Meet at the soft seating spot for sun set cocktails. Feast alfresco at the twelve seater dining set under the sail, with dishes prepared in the summer kitchen and barbeque, and raise a toast to the most memorable holiday.
