The 5 en-suite bathrooms offer guests a high level of comfort and privacy, each with incredible hydro-massage showers. The open-plan living room with patio doors leading to the garden terrace allow guests to take full advantage of outdoor living. The barbecue area and covered dining facilities allow you to cook up a delicious meal, drink some wine and watch the sunset over the hilltops with loved ones.

About the surrounding area of Villa BeneVilla Bene is situated only a few kilometres from the centre of Marsala city and within easy access to the beach. This villa is the perfect option for those looking for tranquillity and quiet but also wish to be close to the city and beach. The nearest restaurant can be found only a short walk away and Marsala is only a short drive away for when you fancy eating out somewhere different or buying groceries to cook up your own feast!
Marsala is a bustling city full of charm and you could fill several days exploring as there is much to see! Surrounded by hills and vineyards producing the famous Marsala dessert wine, this city is rich in Baroque buildings and churches, as well as ancient monuments.
Another one of Marsala’s great attractions is its proximity to amazing Sicilian natural beauty. You’ll have no lack of choice when it comes to sandy beaches. San Vito Lo Capo (considered by some to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy) is just over an hour away if you fancy a change of scenery! Another site of natural beauty is the Stagnone reserve, a protected site which offers stunning natural landscapes where flora and fauna flourish. The marine area with shallow waters creates the perfect environment for salt pans.
Mazara del Vallo is also a unique spot worth a visit. This town was once the most important harbour in the Mediterranean sea, and here a typical Arab ‘casbah’ can still be visited today. Finally, if you are looking for a full day trip out the Egadi Islands are definitely worth exploring and can be reached by boat from Marsala. These islands are gorgeous and walking around them you can find deserted mountain paths, secluded coves and bays with crystal clear waters.

Best Suited For: All AgesWith close proximity to nature reserves, many beaches and incredible archaeological sites, there is plenty to keep the kids occupied! Western Sicily’s coastline is filled with family friendly stretches of beaches such as Lido Signorino and San Teodoro, which are only a 20-minute drive away. If you decide to visit the Egadi islands, you will find more gorgeous beaches as well as coves ideal for snorkelling!
For the little historians, this area will provide them with much to discover! Marsala, founded by the Phoenicians, has a fascinating history, and here you can also visit the Baglio Anselmi Archaeological museum. Exhibited here are two shipwrecks, one from the Carthaginian period and another of Roman origin, dating back to the third century BC and third century AD, respectively.
Just under an hour away, is the largest archaeological site in Europe, Selinunte, a former Greek settlement which was abandoned 2500 years ago. This archaeological park is huge and includes Greek temples, town walls and the ruins of residential buildings. The temples’ close proximity to the beach means this is a great trip for a family day out.

Outstanding villa
Outstanding villa with owners who couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Have no hesitation in recommending - we aged from 16 to 87 and the property served everyone well. Still miss the sunset views which were spectacular. Great base to explore West Sicily
