Positioned on the second and top floor of the Palazzo, this retreat provides a serene and sunlit sanctuary, far removed from the bustling crowds of Venice.

Centrally situated, Apartment San Luca offers easy access to the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, and other prominent attractions. Guests can relish in the comfort of their home away from home, as the apartment is equipped with sparkling bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and chandelier-lit spacious and exquisitely decorated bedrooms. The apartment maintains a constant connection to its charming surroundings with eight Gothic windows overlooking the canal.

As you ascend the stairs from the Palazzo's communal entrance to the second floor, you will be greeted by a grand formal entrance hallway that doubles as a dining room, complete with a glass dining suite accommodating eight guests. A stylish and inviting sitting room awaits, offering a pair of canal-facing windows and ample comfortable seating. Adjacent to the sitting room, a simple yet well-equipped kitchen and breakfast room offers the perfect spot for relaxed family meals and a chance to plan each day of adventures!

As well as the beautiful communal areas, Apartment San Luca boasts four large double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms are adorned with traditional furnishings, ornate mirrors, and soft colours, evoking a sense of timeless elegance. The first bedroom offers twin beds with views of the canal and Campo Manin beyond. The second bedroom provides a double bed, canal views, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom also overlooks the canal and features a double bed, and lastly, the fourth bedroom, located at the rear/side of the apartment, offers twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two additional bathrooms, both equipped with showers.

Security deposit €1000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Extra €230, to be charged to Oliver's Travels with final balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Tax There is a city tax due to be paid locally which is not included in the rental rate. The amount will be confirmed by your onsite representative when you arrive.
