This gorgeous four-bed home is situated on the northeast coast of Sicily, overlooking an incredible lake. Admire the breathtaking coastal views of the strait of Messina while relaxing in the garden or sitting under the veranda. Cool off from the warm Italian sun by taking a dip in the villa’s exclusive infinity pool. With a billiards room and terraced outdoor dining area, you can create lots of special moments with your loved ones.
Inside the villa, there is a blend of old and new styles, giving the place a unique character. Antique décor such as impressive paintings and beautiful candle-holders and ornate rugs create a timeless look. The kitchen is equipped with shiny modern appliances – everything you need to cook up something delicious for the family. The billiards room is the ideal place to play a game with loved ones, and it opens out onto a large veranda with panoramic views.
Villa Mirascilla has a gorgeous infinity pool that overlooks Lake Ganzirri. Take in the incredible landscape while enjoying a swim or relaxing in one of the sunbeds. Mortelle beach offers stunning views and crystal-clear water – ideal for snorkelling. Lake Ganzirri is just moments away from the villa, where you can take a leisurely stroll around the water, stopping off at one of the many restaurants or cafés for a bite to eat.

This gorgeous home is located in a lovely residential area, overlooking the lake of Ganzirri. Enjoy a brisk walk around the water and admire the wildlife that resides there. A wide variety of restaurants and bars are dotted around the lake, so you can stop off for a bite to eat or a quick coffee during your stroll. Pantano Piccolo is another saltwater lake worth visiting, filled with cute little fishing boats that bob on the water.

Nestled close to the coastline, Villa Mirascilla is near some of the island’s most beautiful shores. Torre Faro is a picturesque beach with golden sand, turquoise water and its own beach bar. There are many different restaurants near the villa, where youngsters can get their first taste of Sicilian cuisine. Locals are very accommodating to young guests, and will happily supply you with kid’s menus, cutlery and high chairs.
Located only a short drive away from Sicily’s vast coastline, there are lots of different shores and alcoves to discover. Younger children will love making sandcastles at Torre Faro beach while older children snorkel in the clear blue sea, spotting all sorts of wonderful sea-creatures. Sprinkled with smooth pebbles, Mortelle is another great beach to spend the day at.
Messina is a kid-friendly city that’s full of history. Youngsters will be fascinated by the world’s largest bell tower on the Messina cathedral, which is covered in over a thousand gold sheets! Security deposit €1000 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m. Late arrivals between 9.00 p.m. and 11.00 p.m. are subject to a €50 fee, payable locally.
Departure time 8.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.
Energy costs included? Included up to 200 kWh per week. Extra consumption fee of €0.40 per kWh, payable locally.
Linen & towels included? Yes, plus mid-week towel change. Weekly linen change for stays over 7 nights.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Changeover day Flexible.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Insurance It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
