This property has a gorgeous contemporary interior with a bright and airy feel. It consists of two old stone renovated country houses. In the main residence, you will find a large hall with a stone fireplace, 2 double bedrooms with en-suites, a mezzanine area, a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and an internal patio area. In the additional building, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen.
The outside area is even more magical. This home boasts an impressive 40,000 square metres of land, including several terraces, two barbecue areas and an outdoor swimming pool.
Moreover, this villa offers an unbelievable location. A few minutes walk away, you will find a wonderful restaurant and fascinating Nuragic archaeological sites. You can also reach an excellent hiking area in just 10 minutes on foot (though please note the route is along a country road with no pavement).

- Due to the countryside location a car is required at this property in order to reach a wider range of amenities and nearby beaches.
- A single bed can be added to the mezzanine area to bring total capacity to 9 guests. Please refer to the 'Features' tab or enquire for more details.

About the surrounding area of Villa PadronaleSurrounded by gorgeous countryside, including olive trees, Mediterranean plants and fruits, Villa Padronale offers an exceptional location. This property is just a few minutes from the closest restaurant and fascinating historical sites. Venture only a few minutes down the road on foot to reach the incredible Nuraghe La Prisgiona and the Tomba di Giganti La Prisgiona.
On top of this, for those who enjoy hiking, there are some wonderful hiking routes in Sentiero di Giganti, which is just a 10-minute walk away (via a county road with no pavement). In addition, there is an excellent vineyard and winery only 10 minutes away by car, where you can head for a wine tasting.
Moreover, for a wider range of amenities, you can head to the delightful town of Arzachena, which is only a short drive away. Here you will find an array of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. You can also enjoy a lovely day out in this picturesque town. Admire the architecture as you roam the narrow streets and see the famous rainbow stairs.
In the magnificent Costa Smeralda, there is a huge array of breathtaking beaches. Including Spiaggia di Cannigione, Capriccioli Beach, and Liscia Ruja, all within a 15-30 minute drive from the property. These beaches will surely blow your mind with dazzling white sand and turquoise-blue water.

From watersports such as snorkelling to visiting ancient historical landmarks, the kids are sure to have a fun-filled stay! Visit the fascinating Nuraghe La Prisgiona, a nuragic archaeological site consisting of ruins of a nuraghe and an old village just a few minutes walk away from the property! In this area the children can also see the remarkable Tomba di Giganti La Prisgiona.
Have a day out at one of the many phenomenal beaches close by to the villa. The kids will love paddling in the crystal clear water and building sandcastles. Spiaggia Di Cannigione is particularly good for children as it offers great water sports such as scuba diving and snorkelling. At this beach you can see a wide variety of marine life in the ocean, it is also only a 15 minute drive away.

End of stay cleaning included? | No. €600 for 1 or 2 week stays, €900 for 3 week stays and €1200 for monthly stays, payable locally. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |
