What’s more, it is just a 5-15 minute drive away from top quality restaurants, supermarkets offering local produce and some of the most spectacular beaches the Costa Smeralda has to offer.
A unique blend of old and new, both the interior and exterior of this villa will blow you away. This enchanting home offers a contemporary design with traditional touches such as wooden beams and rustic stone walls. It provides ample space, with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge and dining area and a modern fully-equipped kitchen.
Step outside into the spacious outdoor patio which can accommodate large groups of friends and family. From here you can enjoy the tremendous views of the turquoise blue sea and surrounding mountainscape as you dine al-fresco. Cool down from the sun and take a dip in the large, inviting swimming pool. Or soak up the sun on the terrace on one of the comfortable sun loungers provided as you admire the incredible nature around you.
Moreover, this property is in an excellent location. Situated away from it all in the gorgeous Sardinian countryside, you are still just a 5-15 minute drive away from local amenities and unbelievable beaches. It is truly the best of both worlds. Drive just 5 minutes from the villa to the nearest restaurant which offers high quality, traditional cuisine surrounded by nature and greenery. In addition, you can reach the closest beach in a mere 10 minutes by car.
Furthermore, there are some other incredible beaches plus coastal towns and mountain villages to explore nearby. Reach the upmarket Porto Rotondo in just 15 minutes by car where you can enjoy the impressive marina, high class restaurants and amazing beaches. Also, be sure not to miss the traditional mountain town of San Pantaleo which is only a 10-minute drive away and the colourful town of Arzachena, 20 minutes away from Villa Capparis.

About the surrounding area of Villa CapparisSurrounded by unbelievable natural scenery whilst also being a short drive from all amenities, this villa offers an exceptional location in northeastern Sardinia.
The closest restaurant to Villa Capparis is a mere 5-minute drive away and here you can enjoy high quality local cuisine in a beautiful setting in the countryside. There is also a mini supermarket in this area where you can get local products. What’s more, you can reach the nearest beach and a wider variety of wonderful restaurants in just 10 minutes by car.
Situated in the magnificent Costa Smeralda, there is a huge array of magical beaches, towns and excellent restaurants to visit from this villa. From this property you can get to Porto Rotondo, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Sardinia, in only 20 minutes. Here you can make the most of a multitude of top-rated restaurants. Moreover, be sure not to miss Porto Rotondo’s sensational white sand beaches, such as Spiaggia di Ira.
For some celebrity spotting, upmarket boutiques and more high quality restaurants, take a trip to the glamorous Porto Cervo, just 25 minutes away from the villa by car.
Also worth a visit is the charming mountain village of San Pantaleo, which is just a 10-minute drive away. Here you can experience the magic of everyday Sardinian life and traditions. The best time to visit is on a Thursday as they have a weekly market, with stalls selling local specialties such as homemade cheese and honey.
In addition, make sure to explore the huge selection of mind-blowing beaches throughout the Costa Smeralda. Some spots not to miss include Spiaggia La Celvia, Spiaggia Liscia Ruja and Spiaggia Mannena, which are all between a 15 and 30-minute drive away.
For something different head to the small, colourful town of Arzachena, only 20 minutes away. Spend the day admiring the architecture as you roam along the narrow streets and make sure to see the famous rainbow stairs.

Best Suited For: TeensThe Costa Smeralda is a paradise for all the family. From watersports such as snorkeling to visiting ancient historical landmarks, the kids are sure to have a fun-filled stay! Have a day out at one of the many phenomenal beaches close by to the villa. The kids will love paddling in the crystal-clear water and building sandcastles.
Spiaggia Di Cannigione and Spiaggia La Celvia are particularly good for children as they offer great water sports such as scuba diving and snorkeling. At these beaches you can see a wide variety of marine life in the ocean. Both are roughly between a 15-20 minute drive away. Further afield get a boat from the Port of Palau to the beautiful Maddalena Archipelago National Park, this will take around 1 hour and 15 minutes from the villa.
Visit the fascinating Nuraghe La Prisgiona, a nuragic archaeological site consisting of ruins of a nuraghe and an old village. This is only a 25-minute drive from Villa Capparis. Moreover, a must-do with the kids is a trip to the remarkable Tomba Dei Giganti di Coddu Vecchiu, 20 minutes away by car.
