As soon as you approach the villa, you will discover a unique and charming home brimming with colour and sleek modern lines. The glass-lined exterior and bright yellow colours can be seen from the outside. The home is enveloped by a lush green garden with a private swimming pool, covered dining areas and plenty of sun loungers to relax and make the most of the great climate.
Serapide is a predominantly single-story residence. It welcomes you into a spacious dual-aspect living room adorned with book-lined walls, plush sofas, armchairs, and doors opening onto the garden. Adjacent to this, an impressive red-toned kitchen stands ready with comprehensive amenities, from an oven to a coffee machine. Dining options abound, whether within the kitchen, the formal living room, or al fresco on the covered terrace.
The house features four bedrooms, three of which are nestled within the main villa. On the ground floor, the master suite beckons with a double bed, garden-facing doors, and a luxurious jacuzzi bath, complemented by an en-suite shower room. Also on this floor is a versatile bedroom, offering the choice of a double or twin setup, complete with its own en-suite shower room. The lower ground floor hosts an additional bedroom with twin beds and a separate shower room.
A final bedroom awaits in an annexe within the grounds. It provides a serene retreat with a double bed and an accompanying bathroom featuring a refreshing shower. Serapide is a harmonious blend of comfort and style, offering an inviting space for relaxation and enjoyment.
When you wish to explore more of your surroundings, there are walking routes and two sandy beaches under 500m away! Porto Rafael is the closest village, only 1km away, and offers a range of amenities. Tucked away from the usual tourist trails, you can enjoy peace and privacy here and be well-placed to access towns such as Palau and incredible dive sites.
Close to the home, you can also take boat trips to the unspoilt Maddalena Islands, which can be seen from the garden. A trip to the islands offers plenty to discover, including the famous pink beach.
What you should know…
- There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, which would suit those with mobility issues. Guests should be aware that there are stairs in the garden.
- The bedroom in the garden annexe offers privacy to a couple or grandparents and is just a few paces from the main home.
- Please note that whilst this property comfortably sleeps 8 guests, 2 guests will be accommodated in the bedroom on the lower ground floor, which has no windows.
- There are beaches and a few eateries within walking distance, but a car would be useful for reaching towns like Palau.
