The relaxing retreat, with space for up to five guests, boasts a fusion of indoor and outdoor comfort, creating an evocative and rejuvenating atmosphere. With elegant architecture set within two hectares of land filled with olive trees, a beautiful Mediterranean garden, and dazzling sea views, Villa LiTufi provides a serene and picturesque setting for a memorable stay, whether it’s with family or friends.
The property features a fully equipped indoor kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room, and three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms. The villa also includes two bathrooms and a veranda adorned with charming arches, furnished with a dining table and outdoor sofas.
Outside and adjacent to the swimming pool, which offers picturesque country and sea views, there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and a covered area with seating. For those who appreciate culinary delights, the villa offers a wood-burning oven and a sink in the outdoor area, perfect for those evenings dining al-fresco. There’s also a fantastic roof terrace, ideal for taking in the splendid views of the sea with a glass of local wine in hand.
Located close to the historic hilltop town of Ostuni, renowned as ‘The White City’, Villa LiTufi is just a 10-minute drive from the mesmerising coastline and not far from the breathtaking Itrian Valley.
Essentials can be easily accessed in Ostuni, famous worldwide for its gastronomy, captivating architecture, and rich history. The neighbouring town of Carovigno is also easily accessible within a 10-minute drive. Travelling to Villa LiTufi is convenient, with Brindisi airport only 25 minutes away and Bari airport approximately an hour's drive from the villa.
