Newly renovated with local materials and traditional construction methods, the property has rustic charm and character, with many traditional features, such as thick stone walls and arches.
Step inside, and you’ll discover a fully equipped indoor kitchen, complete with a dining table, inviting you to indulge in the region's culinary delights.
The property can accommodate up to six guests, boasting three spacious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Elegantly designed, all bedrooms feature independent access as well as air conditioning to help keep cool in the Italian heat.
As you venture outdoors, you'll discover a true oasis of relaxation. The large covered outdoor terrace, situated by the pool, features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a spacious dining table, comfortable outdoor sofas, and sun loungers where you can unwind and soak up the sun. When it’s time to cool off, the pool area is complemented by two outdoor showers.
When you can tear yourself away from this haven of relaxation, there are plenty of hidden gems in the Puglia region to discover. Just a short drive away are the charming towns of Ostuni and Carovigno, both steeped in history and offering a charming blend of old-world charm and modern amenities.
The stunning coastline is only 10 minutes from Villa Litrulli, and you’ll find several lovely sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Whether you prefer bustling beach clubs or secluded stretches of shoreline, there’s a diverse range of options to suit your preferences.
The villa is conveniently situated just 25 minutes from Brindisi airport and approximately one hour from Bari airport, making it easily accessible for travellers.

About the surrounding area of Villa LitrulliVilla Litrulli enjoys a great location near the historic town of Ostuni, known as ‘The White City’, which gained this nickname due to the number of whitewashed buildings in the old town area. Explore its narrow, winding streets adorned with whitewashed buildings and historic architecture, including its most impressive landmark, the 15th-century cathedral. Wander through the ancient city walls and discover quaint shops, local boutiques, and traditional cafés.
Additionally, Carovigno (5km), another nearby town, offers its own unique charm and attractions. Admire the well-preserved buildings and the town's architectural heritage, including the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli and San Giovanni Battista.
