The holiday home is nestled within a spacious plot adorned with olive and fruit trees, creating a picturesque setting. The interior is light and bright, featuring natural furnishings, stone features, and tiled floors. A comfortable living area invites you to relax, whilst a well-equipped kitchen is the perfect space to cook a feast.
There are two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for up to four guests. All bedrooms have independent access, air conditioning, a safe, and a TV for ultimate comfort.
Outside, a delightful pool beckons, accompanied by a relaxation area furnished with sun beds and seating. An outdoor waterfall shower adds a touch of luxury and is a great way to cool off from the Italian sun. A large pergola with a dining table and a barbecue sets the stage for enjoyable alfresco meals, allowing guests to savour the flavours of Apulian cuisine in the open air.
The property benefits from a convenient location near the historic town of Ostuni, renowned as ‘The White City.’ It is a mere 5-minute drive from the coast, where you’ll find several picturesque beaches, such as Punta Penna Grossa. Ostuni enchants visitors with its exceptional gastronomy, captivating architecture, and rich historical heritage, and the nearby town of Carovigno can be reached within a 10-minute drive, offering additional exploration opportunities. Spend time discovering the scenery by cycling, walking or driving through the gorgeous landscapes, or enjoy a family day out exploring the glistening coastline.
For added convenience, the villa is situated just 30 minutes away from Brindisi Airport and just over an hour from Bari Airport.
