This vibrant villa has a whole host of outdoor space; dining areas, various verandas and a large pool that’s surrounded by deckchairs – perfect for catching those sunshine rays.
Thanks to its prime location, this villa gives you a unique view of the stunning blue sea. The outdoor space is filled with cosy furniture so you can enjoy the sea’s picturesque landscapes in complete comfort. Just 200 metres away from cliffs tumbling down to the Adriatic, you can smell the sea air while sitting in the verandas. Make memories with family or friends in the large turquoise pool and set up a table tennis tournament to see who comes out as champion.
Inside, the casa’s décor brings about a certain Italian charm that gives it a lovely character and the yellow and blue palette creates a soft yet modern feel. Pretty finishing touches such as the patterned kitchen tiles and hanging paintings compliment the comfortable yet stylish furniture, making it feel like a home away from home. The stunning blue kitchen is furnished with modern appliances, making cooking seem like a breeze!
When you’re not making the most of the villa’s outstanding views, drive to the nearby town for something to eat and drink. Take your pick from the many restaurants that offer Puglian cuisine and indulge yourself in a glass of Italian wine. Spend some time at the town’s marina and have a look at all the wonderful boats that rest on the sea.
Historical towns such as Lecce and the old island of Gallipoli are there to be discovered as are wonderful beaches from rocky coves to idyllic sandy beaches along this glorious coastline.

About the surrounding area of Villa Delle MannuteVilla delle Mannute is situated at the southern end of the Salento peninsula in Italy’s heel in Puglia. In a raised position, the cliffs tumble down to the sea and you can enjoy remarkable Adriatic views.
Take the short drive (3km) to the nearby town, where a whole host of different restaurants serve Puglian cuisine; whether it’s a bowl of orecchiette or fresh sea-food. Situated on the coast, the town has a lovely little marina where you can sit and admire the boats that are harboured.
Beach lovers should visit the Marina di Pescoluse (14km). Thanks to its bright white sand and turquoise waters, it is also known as the Maldives of Italy. Feel the fine sand between your toes while sipping away at one of the juices that are freshly pressed at the beach café. Sunbeds are available to rent from a local vendor so you can soak up the sunshine in comfort. The crystal clear waters are home to a wide variety of fish, which you can spot while snorkelling.
There are many other beautiful beaches on both the east and west coast of the Salento peninsula from long stretches of sandy beaches, lidos with sunbeds and umbrellas to stunning rocky coves with wonderful hiking opportunities nearby. There are also some boat trips you can take to the lovely caves along the coastline just below Villa delle Mannute.
Take a day trip to Gallipoli (45km) a thriving island town full of loads of things to do. Visit the many great shops or grab a bargain at the market. The town city is full of historic sites that you can marvel at, such as Castello di Gallipoli, a fascinating 11th century military fortress located in the port and the Church of Saint Agatha, an ancient church in the center of the old town. Learn more about the city’s vibrant history at Museo Civico Emanuele Barba, which contains incredible archaeological artefacts. Tourists also love the city for its lively night life and the stretches of white sand a clear water known as Baia Verde.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe whole family will love looking at the boats that are harboured at the local town’s marina while enjoying a tasty gelato from one of the local cafés. You’ll also see how family-orientated Italians are when dining at one of the many restaurants dotted about. Take a boat trip to discover the caves just below the coastline of Villa delle Mannute.
All ages will love the beach that’s known as the Maldives of Italy – Marina di Pescoluse, just a short drive away. Relax in the sunbeds while the little ones spot colourful fish snorkelling in the clear blue ocean. Younger children can build sandcastles with the fine white while the older ones paddle about in the sea. After a long day of having fun, treat them (and yourself!) to one the goodies sold at the many beach cafés.
The kids will absolutely adore Splash Parco Acquatico (49km), an incredible waterpark that’s ideal for a day trip. With pools to accommodate all ages, winding waterslides and an Amazonian-themed waterfall, youngsters will have plenty to get up to. Known as one of the best waterparks in the South of Italy, it’s a great place for kids to blow off some steam.
