The entrance hall leads to a comfortable seating area with a sofa and a smart TV. There is a dining set for six, that is just right for some informal indoor entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities, including a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and that must-have Lavazza coffee machine. A convenient storage room adds to the practicality of the space.
Leading off the hallway are three well-appointed spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, open wardrobes, and ultra-modern ensuite bathroom featuring showers, stone hand basins, and WCs. The third bedroom also a double bed, bedside table, and open wardrobes. A separate bathroom, equally well-appointed, is equipped with a shower, stone wash basin, bidet, WC, and a washing machine, completing the accommodation.
Step outside and admire the view across four hectares of ancient olive groves. These beautifully maintained grounds and gardens are enclosed by secure fencing, and accessible via the electronic gates. The courtyard, patio, and fruit trees contribute to the villa's charming outdoor ambiance. A private, step-entry infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a soft seating set. Meet at dusk under the shady veranda, and take you place at the six seater dining table, where you can feast alfresco with local delicacies.
For those seeking a higher perspective, an external staircase leads to a sea-view roof terrace, furnished with comfy bean bag cushions and low tables – an ideal spot to soak up the Adriatic surroundings, and enjoy a cocktail or two.
