Villa Brindisi is a modern gem nestled in the countryside on the outskirts of the enchanting white city of Ostuni, near the sun-kissed south coast of Italy. This single-storey, detached villa is set in extensive grounds, with gardens populated with olive and fruit trees, lawned gardens, and a private saltwater swimming pool. The villa has four spacious ensuite double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a large family holiday, or a group of friends’ sharing.
Access the property via the electronic gates, and enter the villa, where you will be welcomed by a light and airy living space. The seating area features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto the grounds and gardens. Furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and reclining chairs, this space provides a perfect retreat to relax and unwind. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, including an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and that must-have Nespresso coffee machine. A smart eight seater dining set is great for indoor entertaining. A guest bathroom with a washing machine completes the living quarters.
The villa has four beautifully appointed ensuite double bedrooms, dressed in crisp clean white with jewel colour highlights. All the bedrooms have double beds, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, hand basins, bidets, and WCs. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in each room open onto the gardens and pool terrace. Go to the top of the villa, and admire the panoramic countryside views from the rooftop terrace.
Stepping outside, Villa Brindisi is populated with mature trees, lawned gardens, and paved terraces. The pièce de résistance is the private saltwater swimming pool, perfect for refreshing dips on warm summer days. The pool is surrounded by relaxing sun loungers, a swing chair for two, a hammock, and an outdoor shower to cool you down after an afternoon dip. The shady patio is home to an eight seater picnic style dining set, with a portable barbeque, and makes an idyllic setting for alfresco feasting.
Villa Brindisi is well-appointed with essential facilities, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and parking for up to three cars. Mosquito nets ensure peaceful nights, and baby amenities are available upon request. For those seeking an elevated culinary experience, a private chef can be arranged, and airport transfers are available upon request. Location
About the surrounding area of Villa BrindisiVilla Brindisi sits in the heart of the Puglian countryside, near to the charming town of Ostuni, on the south coast of Italy. The nearest international airport is Brindisi, a scenic forty five minute drive to your holiday home from home. The charming sparkling white town of Ostuni is just six kilometres away, wander through its historic centre, with narrow streets, convivial squares, and impressive Romanesque cathedral, and pick up some provisions on the way. Make sure you don’t miss the Saturday market, selling local produce and souvenirs.
The nearest and best beaches are a twenty minute drive to the protected coastal marine areas of Torre Guaceto, and Santa Sabina, with dunes and crystal clear waters that are great for swimming; Pilone, with golden sands, and organised clubs; and Rosa Marina, the longest stretch of beach in the area, with public and private sections. Whilst you are there enjoy paddleboarding, wind and kite surfing, or a boat trip along the coast.
Keep fit with a cycle through the countryside, or hike a local trail through olive groves and historic sites. Tee off at the San Domenico Golf Course, or play a game of tennis at the nearby club. Take a tour of the many wineries, and sample a glass of Puglia’s famous Primitivo.
Visit the local villages, or go further afield and head north to the holiday hot spot of Monopoli, or south to the ancient town of Brindisi.
As dusk falls sip cocktails, and wine and dine in the Piazza della Liberta, the main square in Ostuni, then dance until dawn at one of the beach clubs, which transform themselves into lively nightspots.

Best Suited For: All AgesThere’s lots for you and your family to do when you stay in the Puglian countryside on the south coast of Italy. Starting with the villa and its private pool, where they can swim and splash all day, and fenced-in gardens in which they can safely play.
The area is renowned for its beautiful beaches, and fabulous famous dunes. Most notably for families, Torre Guaceto, with its pristine sands, and clear, shallow waters, it’s perfect for making sand castles or swimming and snorkelling in the Adriatic Sea. Rosa Marina is famous for its soft golden sands, organised facilities, brilliant beach clubs, and fabulous water sports for your older kids. Keep them active with a hike, bike, or horse ride through the local countryside and coastline.
Spend the day in nearby Ostuni old town, wander through the historic centre, visit the cathedral, and enjoy a family feast of local delicacies at one of the many welcoming cafes and restaurants. Check out the local events, and if you are lucky you might be there to join in the celebrations of the Ostuni Carnival.
Have some family fun with cooking classes where you can all learn to make traditional Puglian dishes. Take a tour around the local olive groves, and see how they make the delicious olive oils.
Go field afield to Zoosafari Fasanolandia in Fasano, a drive through safari park, with pools and slides for all age groups too.
