Situated within a two-hectare property lined with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, this holiday haven provides a serene and natural setting. The house's interior features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to easily prepare their own meals with local delicacies. The large living room with a dining table offers a comfortable space for relaxation and socialising whether you’re staying with family or friends.
The villa comprises four double bedrooms, each boasting an en-suite bathroom for convenience and privacy. Additionally, a bathroom with a heated Jacuzzi overlooks the outdoor pool.
Guests can enjoy the refreshing outdoor pool, surrounded by a spacious deck area. A large covered and floral-adorned veranda is furnished with a generous dining table, outdoor sofas, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The villa is conveniently located 25 minutes from Brindisi airport and approximately one hour from Bari airport, making it easily accessible. The region's beautiful beaches are only a 15-minute drive from the villa, offering sunbathing, swimming, and water sports opportunities.
