Clean, fresh and modern, this luxury eight-bedroom villa combines a convenient location with tranquil privacy and breath-taking views across the Aegean Sea. Located a short drive from Mykonos town and 15-minutes from the beach, Villa Lambda is the perfect holiday escape.

The villa is part of a deluxe 7-villa complex and offers a stunning private outlook, perfect for escaping the crowds and spending some quality time with your loved ones. The villa is designed sympathetically over three levels with spacious rooms filled with natural light and modern furnishings.

On the middle floor, guests can enjoy the social living spaces, with an elegant fully-equipped kitchen and a large dining and living area, perfect for entertaining. The walls almost fold away, expanding this living room onto the terrace, creating a seamless flow between the indoors and outdoors. With large windows throughout the house, the views and natural surroundings find their way into every corner of the villa, creating a constant connection to nature and the glorious sunshine!

For those moments when you need a quiet moment to yourself, Villa Lambda boasts eight stylish and comfortable double bedrooms, all with charming views to take your breath away each morning. Seven of the bedrooms boast king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, stunning sea views, as well as a safe box, air-conditioning and a television for your convenience. The final room offers a double bed and en-suite.

Outside, you can get ready to relax and rejuvenate fully! The tranquil pool terrace transports you to a different world of ease and luxury, away from any worries and stress. From the cooling waters of the infinity pool, you can unwind and relax or finish your book from the comfort of a sunbed, with the only distraction being the stunning views or a fruity cocktail from the bar! You can spend the evenings enjoying local wine and delicious food, whipped up on the sizzling barbecue and enjoyed under the shady pergola.

Villa Lambda is a luxury property located 8.3 km from Mykonos town and a 15-minute drive from the beach.

The main advantage is that you spend quiet moments when you need to in the comfort of your private and secluded villa, yet you still have easy access to Mykonos Town (about 4km away). There you’ll find plenty of things to see and do including cultural sites, shops and restaurants.

Mykonos is one of the most popular islands in Greece due to its welcoming and cosmopolitan atmosphere, pristine sandy beaches and traditional whitewashed buildings. You can explore Little Venice – quaint buildings right on the water’s edge – vibrant Matoyianni Street with boutique and take some photos of the iconic windmills in Mykonos Town. For a cultural visit, there’s the Aegean Maritime Museum and the historic church of Paraportiani.

In Mykonos Town, you can stroll along the narrow streets and browse the beautiful buildings and shops. When you’re peckish or thirsty, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and fantastic sunset bars for drinks. Look out for traditional Greek Moussaka. There are many more sandy spots, including Platys Gialos Beach, 5km southeast of Mykonos Town.

Mykonos is the jumping-off point for island exploring. The nearby island of Delos is a favourite choice due to its beautiful coastline, clear swimming waters and historical and archaeological site.

The pools aren’t fenced, so make sure you keep an eye on young children.

The nearest town, Mykonos Town, with shops, restaurants and cultural sites, is 8.3km. If you want to hire a car, there’s plenty of parking space at the villa.

You’ll also find plenty of opportunities to participate in water sports in the local area. Sea kayaking, diving and snorkelling are popular choices. From Mykonos, you can jump on a boat to explore the island’s rocky coves and shoreline or the nearby island of Delos with a famous archaeological site.

Linen & towels included? Linen, bath & pool towels are included in the rental price. Bath towels changed daily, linen changed midweek
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes and daily cleaning also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Smoking Allowed? No smoking inside the villa
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Heating costs included? Included in the rental price
Internet access? Wi-Fi connection included
Security deposit €2000 payable either in cash or by card upon arrival. Will be refunded after departure
Minimum stay May, June, September, October 4 nights July, August 5 nights
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €TBA (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax, your property manager will collect this in cash:
