The delightful, charming Villa Kimon will fill a small family or a group of friends with joy. Less than 2km from the fabulous Elia Beach, it is such a happy place with superb outdoor and indoor relaxation spaces. There are three gorgeous bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests who will adore this tranquil, breathtaking location on the hillside. The uninterrupted sea views are excellent.
The villa is located less than 1.5km away from Elia Beach and around 2km from the beautiful Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis Beaches. Very close by is the beautiful village of Ano Mera and it is only approximately 20 minutes to the vibrant Mykonos Town which is brimming with label-laden boutiques, fine food restaurants and trendy, chic cocktail bars. The island of Mykonos is stunningly beautiful with breathtaking beaches, glorious sunsets, picturesque sugar-cubed, whitewashed villages and bougainvillaea everywhere.
The lovely Villa Kimon has been beautifully styled to take full advantage of the traditional Mykonian style elements of curved chalk-white walls and atmospheric wooden ceilings. Much of the gorgeous furniture is built into these curvatures, and the effect is stunning. Beds, cupboards, seating arrangements, recesses and shower cubicles all have curves and look wonderful. Mixed with contemporary, sumptuous Italian furnishings and modern, contemporary art work, the effect is heavenly. The downstairs living, dining and kitchen space is open plan and co-ordinates brilliantly with the outside space. The kitchen is sleek and immaculate—the bright blues and greens used for cushions, curtains and artwork contrast vividly with the chalk-white walls. In the lower ground floor there are three divine bedrooms, 2 of which have gorgeous built-in double beds and bedside tables. The remaining bedroom has twin beds that can be turned into a double. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is a third bathroom.
Outside there is a delightful outdoor lounge and alfresco dining which is covered by a fabulous pergola. The marvellous swimming pool and jacuzzi is in front of this with plenty of room on the sunbathing deck for the villa’s deluxe loungers. The small garden is very pretty with lawns and colourful planting. It will not take long to relax and enjoy this villa.

Villas Kimon is located just 1.5km from the gorgeous Elia Beach and 1.5km from the stunning beaches of Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis. These south coast beaches are perfect for families, away from the strong winds in the north. There are 25 beaches on the island, some of which are quiet coves and others, like Elia, with long stretches of silvery sand. There are many watersports on offer and fabulous beach bars offering refreshments to visitors.
Paradise and Super Paradise Beaches have established Mykonos as the Ibiza of the Greek islands, a party island proudly attracting the rich and famous and internationally known DJ’s. Paradise Beach Club is an all-day party destination with parties starting at 4pm and 10pm. The club has celebrated 50 years of history and has won awards with the DJ set. The hottest tunes are spun by the world’s best DJ’s while you party on and meet new friends from all over the world.
Mykonos is beautiful and enjoys dazzling sunshine. The island is progressive and modern with gay and nude beaches. It boasts an enviable dining scene and teems with sugar-cube chalk-white buildings, restored churches, chapels and monasteries, picturesque windmills and pretty whitewashed villages draped in colourful bougainvillaea. The two main tourist towns of Mykonos Town and Ano Mera are both picturesque and welcoming. Both have narrow, cobbled streets, wonderful patisseries and bakeries, excellent shopping, cosy cafes and bars and a fabulous choice of dining options.

Villa Kimon is perfect for a family holiday. It is modern, spacious and very easy to settle into. The villa is extremely comfortable, and the outside space is wonderful. Children will love the swimming pool and small garden. Elia Beach boasts enjoyable watersports, sun loungers, parasols and cafes. Nearby, Kalo Livadi Beach offers glistening, crystal-clear water and an amazing view of the Aegean archipelago. Agrari Beach has a small playground and is quieter than the other beaches close by. Other popular, family-friendly beaches are Kalafatis, Platys Gialos and Ornos, a beach very close to Mykonos Town.
Mykonos Town is very welcoming to everyone. Children tend to stay up pretty late in Mykonos. The popular open-air cinema shows films suitable for children at 9pm in the sweet botanical garden. The Folklore Museum is very interesting, showing you how people used to live, work and dress in the 19th century. The Archaeological Museum has a fascinating jewellery, figurines, statues and pottery collection. When you are wandering around, you may well see the island’s mascot, Petros the Pelican. Mykonos Town has a dense concentration of dining options with anything from upmarket fusion to traditional Greek and authentic Italian pasta. Gioras is the oldest bakery on the island and is famous for its popular flaky filo pastry spinach and feta pies. Children love shopping for souvenirs so you might return home with mini pelican toys, mini windmills or mini sugar cube keyrings. 
Children love to get out onto the water. You can visit the south coast beaches by water taxi. There are a range of boat trips from Mykonos Town’s harbour where can visit the sacred island of Delos or snorkel around the coastline.

Security deposit €1500 paid in cash or card to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
