Villa Erinikos is a luxury villa in a stunning location where it benefits from natural light and the breath-taking views of Fokos Beach, a wild and remote beach on Mykonos. Its location makes it perfect for those who are looking for a beach holiday, as all you need to do is step outside and you’re on the sandy beach of Fokos, with beautiful clear blue water and no parties. It is the perfect relaxing location.
The property is split over three floors and each room uses its space successfully to create a comfortable holiday villa where you can relax. This villa is great for larger groups and multiple families travelling together, but you will be able to escape to a portion of the property and be alone if you desire it! The living space has been designed to be a gathering and entertaining space, with large sofas, a television and generous space. It also has direct access outside, great for letting a breeze in or for changing between the outdoor and indoor space easily.
The living space also has a circular dining table for you to enjoy your meals at. This isn’t the only dining location as you can also enjoy your meals outside on the outdoor dining furniture, with the spectacular views that are naturally provided by Fokos beach. The living area has been beautifully lit, and the natural light only enhances the space further as the light simply bounces off the white walls, opening the room! The kitchen, similarly, has been lit beautifully which naturally enhances the bright white cabinets and stainless steels appliances. It has been fully equipped with all the modern necessities.
With six bedrooms and a range of setups provided, you’ll find spaces for each of you to escape to when needed! There are two master bedrooms and five double bedrooms, one of which has two single beds. Some of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and they all share similar designs and layouts. You’ll find all the rooms have air conditioning which may be necessary if you find the hot nights prevent you from sleeping! There is a further staff bedroom, with en-suite bathroom that may be used.
Exit out to the terrace where you’ll find cobbled walls and outdoor seating. Then you’ll find a private swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi ready for you to use, relax and splash in! There are sun loungers for you to relax on, giving you a chance to top up on your tan. The villa has a BBQ ready for you to make use of, perfect if you love outdoor dining. If you’re hoping to host a special celebration, then the villa even has a church perfect for a fairytale wedding!
What you should know…
- We recommend hiring a car so that you can explore and travel at your own ease, the property does have parking available for you
- If you do bring children along with you, then you may be pleased to hear that as well as the television, the property also has wi-fi that you can hook your devices up to so that your kids (and you!) can enjoy the comfort provided by having access to your regular apps and games.
- Additionally, the property has a washing machine and a dryer, perfect for any of those messy kids or adults! You’ll be able to make your packing last as long as you need it to with the additions of the facilities
- There is an additional double bedroom is denoted a staff bedroom, but could be used for large groups.

You’ll find a great variety of beaches that offer family friendly and quiet locations, as well as ones that have water sports and cocktail bars as an example.
Paradise and Super Paradise are two of the most popular spots for a lively nightlife. These locations really come to life with parties, cocktail bars, clubs and great restaurants. For those who want a quieter holiday, you can head to Elia and Ornos which have beautiful hidden coves and calm beaches. And if you want a quieter meal, then you should make a trip to Mykonos Town.
Villa Erinikos is a breath away from Fokos and it is an absolute must on your itinerary due to its natural and untamed beauty. Fokos beach is wild and beautiful and has the added benefit of being away from the crowds and parties. It has a beautiful beach with a great taverna that has some delicious food that has been prepared and cooked with love and care. Additionally, you’ll find some great barbeque food here! Spectacular sunset views
The property was much bigger than we expected. The property is incredibly impressive and very spacious. We loved how close the beach was to our property. The views are really lovely, and we had spectacular sunset views. The villa was equipped with everything that we needed, and the host went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Communication prior to arrival was very easy. I would recommend this property to anyone.
