Villa Aegean Blue has a wonderful location within the popular Houlakia area of Mykonos. The villa is located close to the laidback resort of Agios Stefanos, boasting handy tavernas serving delicious local cuisine and a minimarket, the peaceful beach here is a real hidden gem, it’s sheltered location makes it perfect for families and watersports. Mykonos Town is just a 5-minute car journey away, there is plenty to see here with endless lanes bursting with boutiques and restaurants to explore!
The villa boasts attractive, minimalist interiors which have been thoughtfully designed to give a modern twist on traditional Cycladic style, remaining elegant and luxurious while still possessing all the necessary modern amenities for a more than comfortable stay. Villa Aegean Blue can sleep up to six guests across three spacious, en-suite bedrooms split over two levels. On the ground floor, is the main living accommodation comprising of an open-plan living and dining room as well as a fitted, fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this level is the first of the three double bedrooms, this is accessed from the pool area. Upstairs, are the remaining two double bedrooms both with access to balconies from which the beautiful views can be enjoyed.
Outside, the infinity-style private swimming pool is sheltered by any north winds and as a result makes the perfect spot from which the whole family can enjoy the magnificent sea views over Delos island and the sparkling Aegean Sea. The pool is surrounded by pretty flower gardens, complete with seating area, fantastic for those wanting to make the most of the Mykonos sunshine and dine al fresco!
What you should know…
- A range of helpful amenities can be found in near-by Aghios Stefanos, it however is not known for its buzzing nightlife, luckily a wider range of bars and clubs can be found in Mykonos Town just five minutes away!
- While the villa has an excellent location, we recommend hiring a car in order to fully explore the wider area
- The guest room (the bedroom located on the ground floor next to the living room area) has a private entrance from the outside

About the surrounding area of Villa Aegean BlueThe villa is located close to the small resort of Aghios Stefanos, helpful amenities including bars, restaurants and a minimarket can be found here as well as a quiet beach.
A short drive from the villa is Tourlos, many consider this to be one of the island’s prettiest towns with its white buildings and golden beach, it makes a fantastic spot to enjoy a relaxed evening meal overlooking the marina followed by a stroll along the sand.
Mykonos Town itself is just a little further along the coastline and boasts a wider range of nightlife, with cocktail bars and trendy nightclubs galore!

Getting There
How to reach Mykonos island
There are two ways to reach Mykonos Island: either by flight or by ferry.
By plane: Due to the popularity of this island local and charter flights for Mykonos (JMK) are frequent. The airport is located just 2 km outside the town.
By ferry: Ferries to Mykonos New Port (JMK), in the Tourlos area, depart from Piraeus port everyday with great frequency in order to service the great number of travelers. The trip usually lasts from 2 to 6 hours but it gives the possibility to admire other Greek islands while on your way. Best Suited For: All AgesWith plenty of child-friendly swimming beaches and cafés and bars serving both local and international food nearby, Mykonos is an ideal family destination.
For a day trip, you could hop on a boat from Mykonos and explore the surrounding islands and coves.
In Mykonos Town, you can keep children entertained at one of the many historic churches or museums. The villa itself has a private outdoor pool, which is enclosed for safe playing and has plenty of shaded areas. Inside, there’s a TV and a music player for family entertainment evenings.
