The location of the villa is ideal as it is only 8km from airport and 9km from Corfu town with easy access to two very sandy beaches like Kontogialos & Glyfada it gives you privacy while you can easily find everything in quite short distance .

This modern designed villa is constructed over two floors with the ground floor living area particularly spacious and bright, and with large patio doors leading out to the front terrace, allows attentive parents to supervise the younger family members splashing about in the huge private swimming pool from the comfort of the lovely outdoor al fresco living space, a perfect vantage point for the hotter parts of the day! With five bedrooms, including two bedrooms with external access on the lower ground floor, this is a perfect villa for groups of friends, or a larger family.

The scenery around the picturesque village of Agios Ioannis makes you believe that you’ve stepped back in time; such is the natural beauty and abundant evidence of how things used to be. Rolling hills draped in olive groves, lush valleys swathed in all varieties of citrus trees and an explosion of cypress trees lining the scenic, pastoral paths and side roads.

How to reach Corfu island

There are two ways to get to Corfu island: either by flight or by ferry.

By plane: During April to October, several direct flights arrive to "Ioannis Kapodistrias" Airport from Europe as Corfu is one of the most popular travel destinations in Greece. During these months, the airport also receives many domestic flights every day from Athens and Thessaloniki. 

By ferry: Travelling by ferry is the most popular way of transport in Greece. Ferries to Corfu depart from Patra and Igoumenitsa. If you are travelling from Europe, Corfu is easily accessible by ferry from Venice, Bari, Brindisi or Ancona too. Villa Karoubatika is set in 4000 square metres, featuring lovely and well-kept gardens. Topped off with a free form swimming pool, this villa makes the ideal location for a family holiday. There is room for up to 10 guests, and two of the bedrooms are located in its own self-contained apartment, a great choice for a big family holiday and still preserving some privacy.

There is a small playground and a ping pong table - so even the smallest members of the family will be entertained for hours without having to leave the villa!

But of course, it would be a pity to not explore some of the island! There are plenty of boat rides available to check out the island from a different perspective, there is an Aquarium in St. Spyridon and also Aqualand Waterpark less than 10 minutes by car.

Linen & towels included? Included in the rental price and changed twice in the week.
End of stay cleaning included? Included in the rental price. The house and pool are cleaned 3 times a week, including arrival day.
Tax From 1 January 2018, the Greek Ministry of Tourism will be charging a tourism tax. This will be collected from you when you get to your accommodation. The tax works out between 0.50 - 4 Euros per night. The amount you’ll pay will depend on the official rating of your accommodation.

    Lovely villa in large garden with great family pool. Was well stocked with groceries when we arrived and staff were very helpful, coming back several times during the week to clean and change bedding. Everything very well equipped and all rooms en suite. Would highly recommend for large group or family. We were a group of 10 (4 children)
