Overview
This is Cézanne country… a Unesco protected site of lavender-lined country roads in the shadow of the great Ste Victoire, a countryside landscape that the famous artist loved to paint.
Bastide Cézanne takes full advantage of this privileged location in its quiet and private setting which enjoys beautiful views, yet only two kilometres from a charming village and only ten kilometres from the formidable town of Aix-en-Provence.
This period Provençal home is spacious and comfortable and furnished with tasteful antiques. It remains elegant and airy and enjoys lots of outdoor space in its 2.5 ha of grounds full of mature trees which provide precious shade.
A local restaurant is just a 15-minute walk away and The Sainte Victoire Mountain is just a short drive away. Aix-en-Provence offers endless opportunities for shopping and dining in one of the most charming towns in Provence. There are also an abundance of pretty villages, markets and vineyards to visit.
Bastide Cézanne is the perfect Provençal retreat where guests can create their own masterpiece holiday in a setting fit for the master himself!
