Incorporating all the spirit of an exclusive five-star hotel, this stunning three bedroom apartment accommodates up to six guests, and features spacious living areas, high-end amenities and breath-taking decorative features.

Decorated throughout in light shades punctuated with bright, fresh accents, Apartment Simone oozes warmth and charm. There are two beautiful reception spaces, with sumptuous soft furnishings, grand fireplace, flatscreen TV and a library. These spaces offer guests room to relax and unwind, whether it be cosying up with a good book, enjoying conversation with friends, or simply chilling out and reflecting on your day.

You’ll find ample dining space here at the apartment, with seating in the kitchen area for up to eight guests, as well as a separate dining room for more formal events that can accommodate up to sixteen diners. The apartment’s kitchen is beautifully designed and well-equipped with an array of high-end amenities and cookware - a wonderful space for preparing meals together as a family during your stay.

The bedrooms here at Apartment Simone are equally stylish and luxurious in decor and design, with the spacious master featuring a king size bed, additional private lounge area with a sofa and fireplace, and an ensuite with a marble bathtub and shower facilities. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and bathroom with shower, while the third features a smaller queen-sized bed and has an adjoining bathroom with bathtub.

For guests enjoying an extended stay there is a handy laundry room within the apartment, and there is a separate guest toilet for added convenience.

Apartment Simone is located in the prestigious 7e Arrondissement of Paris, home to some of the city’s most famous landmarks, including the iconic Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. This chic and upmarket neighbourhood has been home to the French aristocracy since the 17th century, but today the elegant townhouses serve as head office to a number of French national institutions and foreign embassies.

One of the most popular districts of this area is Gros Caillou, home to some of the city’s most emblematic monuments such as the Champ-de-Mars and the Quai Branly museum. Featuring an urban landscape and a lively atmosphere, Gros Caillou is one of the busiest neighbourhoods in Paris and is famous for its permanent market, iconic views and alleys of chestnut trees.

During your stay you’re sure to want to visit the Eiffel Tower, the most iconic monument in Paris and a global cultural icon. One of the most recognisable structures in the world, the tower offers the most magnificent views of the whole city and features restaurants on the first and second level in addition to the observation platform at the top. It’s worth noting that there are around 300 steps between levels, although the top level is normally only accessible via a lift.  

The Champs de Mars is another iconic area that is well worth a visit, a park that extends over 24 hectares and named after the Roman god of war. Bordered by the Eiffel Tower, this beautiful open green space is the perfect spot for lazy picnics and is often the setting for sporting and major national events. History lovers will enjoy staying close to the Quai Branly museum, which features the indigenous art and cultures of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas. The museum houses over a million objects, photographs and documents in both permanent and temporary thematic exhibits.

Security deposit €15,000 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes and mid-stay cleaning also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
