It’s not just the setting that is so impressive at Villa Blush, the interiors are also gorgeous with beautiful décor, striking artwork and the most glorious open-plan living-dining space and grand kitchen with French windows opening out to the garden and covered terrace. The four bedrooms in the main villa are so pretty, each with air-conditioning and their own bath or shower room whilst the fifth double is unique in a glass-annexe looking out to the lovely garden and bougainvillea clad windows of the main villa.
Kick back in the sea-inspired pool house, sip aperitifs in the outdoor lounge then gather together around the large table under the covered terrace enjoying candle-lit al-fresco feasts created with the best local ingredients from markets in Antibes or Cannes. The young at heart could then head to nearby Juan-Les-Pins to soak up the vibrant summer ambience with a cocktail or two.
Discover the beauty of Cap d’Antibes by following the coastal hiking trails across the peninsular or take a boat tour from Juan-Les-Pins or Antibes. Head to other idyllic beaches such as Plage de la Garoupe, a paradise for keen snorkellers, once loved by the likes of Picasso and Hemingway. Spend time exploring the heart of characterful Antibes with its charming old town and historic walls, then head to nearby Cannes to experience the glamour of the French Riviera.
The hilltop villages and towns of the Côte d'Azur’s hinterland also beckon whether its artistic Mougins with its reputation for gastronomy, the handsome market town of Valbonne or the perfume factories of picturesque Grasse, reached by driving through rolling hills of olive groves and woodland.

About the surrounding area of Villa BlushWithin walking distance to a wonderful beach, Villa Blush is situated in the exclusive area of Cap d’Antibes, close to the charming old town of Antibes and just 2km from the atmospheric resort of Juan-Les-Pins.
In a residential area with other attractive villas dotted around, the nearest beach is just 300m away, a small sandy bay with lovely clear water – just perfect for an early morning swim before the summer visitors descend or an evening stroll to watch the beautiful sunset. Restaurants can be found a short distance away, a handful within a leisurely stroll, whilst a small supermarket is also close by.
There are other beaches around Cap d’Antibes from gorgeous bays such as Plage de la Garoupe to rocky coves that may be tricky to access but worth the effort. Keen walkers should follow the breathtaking coastal trail across the peninsular passing wild landscapes and extraordinary beauty.
The upmarket resort of Juan-Les-Pins is 2km away with its great sandy beaches, a range of watersports and narrow lanes filled with restaurants and bars. Visit some of the chic boutiques, loved by Parisians who often flock here in the summer, peruse the night markets in August and look out for the famous jazz festival in July.
The old town of Antibes may also surprise you with its charm – explore its winding lanes surrounded by the town’s 16th century ramparts, visit the Musée Picasso and admire the super yachts in the marina below. Visit the characterful covered market, Le Marché Provençal, for fruit, vegetable, flowers, fresh fish and a range of regional delicacies.
For further exploring along the coast, drive to glamorous Cannes (12km) and wander along the iconic boulevard, La Croisette, before exploring its old quarter, Le Suquet. Take a boat trip to the idyllic Lérins Islands or just spend time soaking up the ambience on one of the town’s beaches. In the other direction, Nice (26km) is another lovely day out or head further to Monaco (48km), passing gorgeous seaside resorts and villages such as Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Èze.
The Côte d'Azur hinterland is also easily reached whether you are spending Friday morning at the wonderful Farmer’s market in Valbonne (18km), visiting the perfume factories of Grasse (30km) or following walking trails in the Valmasque forest near the idyllic village of Biot.
Mougins is another pretty hilltop town with a reputation for its gastronomy and once the home to Picasso whilst both Vence and St-Paul-de-Vence are a must for art-lovers with the Fondation Maeght and La Chapelle du Rosaire.

There are many other nearby beaches across both the Cap d’Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins. Plage de la Garoupe is a popular sandy beach with gentle shores and beach clubs – it is a great place for snorkelling. Juan-Les-Pins also boasts fantastic sandy beaches including Grande Plage which is open to the public and others with beach clubs and restaurants. Watersport fans can look out for sailing, diving, kayaks, stand-up paddle boarding, para-sailing and windsurfing.
You will also find boat trips from Juan-Les-Pins, either excursions around the bay and peninsular or boats whisking you away to the tranquil Lérins Islands.
Just up the coast from Antibes, there is a family attraction called Marineland where you will find waterparks, an amusement park and adventure golf.
Heading north, close to the charming village of Villeneuve-Loubet, you will find a tree-top activity centre, football pitches and two more amusement parks, Le Bois des Lutins and Le Villages des Fous.
