Experience the charm and beauty of Cap d'Antibes at Villa Bleuet, a beautiful holiday home with the loveliest of views, just a few steps away from the glistening Mediterranean.
Admire the character of this delightful villa as you wander around its living area, gazing up at the frescoed ceilings or sitting down by the open fireplace, surrounded by the perfect mix of new and antique furnishings. Pretty French windows open up to the most glorious terrace, a wonderful spot for al-fresco dining and relaxing with views of old Antibes and the sea.
The rather grand staircase curves its way up to three first-floor bedrooms, all with air-conditioning and en suite bath or shower rooms. The master bedroom is especially spacious with its roomy bathroom and picturesque vistas of the sea. There is a fourth air-conditioned bedroom with its own entrance overlooking the garden whilst the final two bedrooms can be found in the lower ground annexe.
With the sixth bedroom best suited for accompanying staff or teenagers seeking a little independence, Villa Bleuet comfortably sleeps 10-12 guests across its five or six bedrooms.
Wander down the steps to the securely fenced pool and swim as you look out towards the garden with its olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There is also a pétanque court for lazy days in the garden, perhaps followed by an aperitif with a sea-view on the main terrace above.
There is so much to explore nearby, whether you head to the nearest beach just 600m away, find one of the many restaurants or walk as far as the heart of old Antibes, following the shore for about half an hour. In Cap d’Antibes itself there are some of the most magnificent walks along the rugged coastline or spend time at one of the many pretty bays, including the much-loved Plage de la Garoupe, once frequented by the likes of Picasso and Hemingway.
Then there’s the nearby chic seaside resort of Juan-Les-Pins with its vibrant restaurants and the glitz of Cannes, around 13km away, not to mention Nice and Monaco, two other fantastic days out.
The magic of the Côte d'Azur hinterland is also waiting to be discovered with idyllic hilltop villages such as Mougins, Biot and Vence with art galleries, gastronomic restaurants and beautiful surrounding landscapes.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa BleuetJust a short stroll to the sea, Villa Bleuet is located on the stunning peninsular of Cap d’Antibes, just south of the old town of Antibes.
A few steps from the sea, follow the coastal road towards Antibes and within 650m you will reach a sandy public beach and a handful of summer restaurants. Continue onwards to the next beach, backed by an attractive promenade, for sailing and other watersports as well as a little playground at the northern end.
Alternatively, discover some of the lovely little bays of the Cap d’Antibes such as Plage de la Garoupe, 2km away, with its well-known beach restaurants whilst the public beach on the western side, Plage des Ondes, is a perfect spot for sunsets. The rugged coastline of Cap d’Antibes is amazing for long walks and hikes with the most spectacular scenery and rocky coves.
Juan-Les-Pins (2.5km) is also much loved for its fantastic beaches, boat trips and range of watersports as well as its vibrant restaurants and bars.
The heart of old Antibes is just over 2km away, a warren of historic lanes surrounded by impressive 16th century ramparts. Visit the Picasso museum, admire the yachts in the marina and shop for all sorts of lovely regional produce in the covered market.
The glorious beaches of Cannes (13km) are a short drive away – make sure you also spend some time exploring the town centre with its glamorous reputation. There are some magnificent views of the Bay of Cannes from the old quarter, Le Suquet, or take a boat excursion out to discover this stunning part of the French Riviera.
The beautiful Lérins Islands are wonderful for a change of scene or head inland to some of the picturesque hilltop villages such as pretty Biot or Mougins with its art galleries and gastronomic restaurants. The Friday morning market in Valbonne is another great experience whilst Grasse and its perfume museums is just over half an hour by car.
Nice and Monaco are other fine places for a day out or stay closer and make the most of the many golf courses, wonderful coastal and woodland hikes, horse-riding opportunities and so much more in this fantastic part of southern France.

Set in the Cap d’Antibes peninsular, yet just over 2km from old Antibes, the nearest sandy beach is just a short walk away whilst the next beach along also offers a variety of summer watersports and has a little playground at the northern end.
Juan-Les-Pins is also popular with families, just a 5-minute drive away, with some wonderful beaches, a further choice of watersports as well as boat excursions.
Just north of Antibes you will find a number of family-based attractions including a waterpark, theme park, animal park and mini-golf.
Continue towards Villeneuve-Loubet for more family adventures with its tree-top adventure course and two theme parks, Le Village Des Fous and Le Bois des Lutins.
The nearby Valmasque forest is also lovely for family walks and picnics in the shady woodland as well as pleasant strolls around the Etang de Fontmerle, a paradise for bird-lovers.
