Villa Cypria is a newly constructed ground floor apartment within a fantastic and exclusive resort which offers everything from a world-class gold course to fine dining restaurants which villa occupants can access. With three bedrooms and a manicured garden, this apartment is great for families or friends travelling together to the South of Cyprus.
This large apartment is a haven of modern comfort and style. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors allow the natural light and garden views to pour into each room. The recently built home has everything you could need during your trip and is tastefully decorated.
Boasting three bedrooms, the apartment has a master suite which opens onto the garden and features a luxurious en-suite shower room. The additional bedrooms offer flexibility, accommodating either double or twin configurations, with convenient access to a well-appointed family bathroom featuring both a bath and shower.
The living space is the social heart of the home and seamlessly extends into the garden. Adorned with a large L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for six, there is plenty of space in this lovely room. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances and crockery you could need, while outdoor culinary delights await in the summer kitchen with a barbecue for those who wish to cook outdoors.
Step into the leafy garden, where a private pool with a jacuzzi section invites you for a swim. Complemented by a covered dining terrace and poolside sun loungers, the green garden is the perfect retreat for relaxing in the midday sun. If you wish to swim in a larger pool, you can also use the communal pool which is a short walk away.
Guests of the resort are able to use a number of the on-site facilities such as the stunning spa, the golf course and a range of sports courts. There are also restaurants here which are for the use of villa occupants, separate from the main hotel. When you wish to head out and see more of your surroundings, you can also reach traditional eateries and beach-side bars with ease.
Towns and cities such as Limassol and Paphos are accessible by car, meaning you can spend a number of days wandering around historic streets, exploring museums and galleries and dining out in the bustling city squares. Additionally, there are plenty of beaches near to the home, with the nearest being just 6km away!
