Villa Cepheus offers you a fabulous location, walking distance from the beach and a short drive from the lively town of Ayia Napa. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, you benefit from all the privacy of a private villa and the tranquillity of this location, whilst still only being a stone throw from the fabulous amenities and lively atmosphere of the town.

Ayia Napa is known as a lively party destination, so if you enjoy a cocktail or two after a lazy day on the beach, then this is the perfect place! Located on the south-eastern coast of Cyprus, the town is bursting with rich history and culture, with an ancient monastery and medieval church, constructed from warm, honey-coloured limestone, with Byzantine influences found throughout the architecture. The charming history of Ayia Napa sets a beautiful backdrop for evenings ambling around the picturesque streets, filled with bustling restaurants and folklore bars, as well as an animated nightlife that comes to life as the sun sets each evening.

The coastline of Cyprus is famed for its white sandy beaches and turquoise sea, with a seemingly endless number of sandy shores to explore, some calm and tranquil, whilst other boast water sports and lively bars! Ayia Thekla is the closest beach to the villa, just a 10-minute walk away. Cyprus is well-known for its family-friendly atmosphere, with a huge variety of activities across the land and sea that will keep kids of all ages entertained! The food across the island is perfect for young kids, with a mezze plate to share, offering a range of different dishes so everyone can pick their favourite. Halloumi originated on the island and continues to be a popular staple for kids and adults alike, as well as the traditional Keftedes, a type of meatballs that kids love. Even the pickiest kids will enjoy the sweet baklava that’s sold across the island – perfect for pudding.

A short drive from the villa, you can find yourself in the immersed in the magic of Water World, a firm family favourite. The water park adopts an Ancient Greece theme, with thrilling water slides and gentler water rides that suit even the smallest children. Older kids will love the Drop to Atlantis slide – it is a little scary when you’re at the top, so get ready for some adrenaline!

Often families that stay spend most of their time on the beaches, with so many stunning shores that you can visit somewhere new each day of your holiday! The sandy shores and turquoise waters are perfectly safe for young kids, with sun loungers and umbrellas where adults can relax as kids run and play in the sand. Ayia Thekla, just a 5-minute walk from the villa’s front door, is great for families. The nearby Nissi beach is also very popular with families, boasting a large variety of water sports and even the chance to try out scuba diving.

In the capital city of Nicosia, there is plenty to entertain kids, including The Fairy Tale Museum featuring displays of Greek myths, fairy stories from around the world and traditional Cypriot tales. There is also an enormous library inside this interactive museum.

The Zephyros Adventure Park in Paphos has plenty of activities for older children, including sea kayaking, passing tiny coves and exploring geological wonders. With hiking and mountain biking as well, you can find plenty of different fun ways to show kids the beauty of Cyprus’s natural landscapes!

Security deposit €250 charged to the client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, pool and bath towels are included in the rental price
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price
Internet access? The property has complimentary Wifi connection. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
