Just 200 metres from the beach and 10 kilometres from Split, this modern villa is ideal for families or friends seeking a luxurious, relaxing escape. Accommodating up to eight guests across two floors, it features a heated pool, sun-soaked terraces, a private beach plot, gym, and a children’s play area, with full air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.
Outside, the pool terrace commands breathtaking views, with eight loungers perfectly positioned for sunbathing or sunset gazing. Steps lead to a shaded dining terrace with a traditional barbecue and lounge area, while the small playground ensures younger guests are entertained.
Inside, the ground floor opens onto a contemporary living space with a sleek kitchen, breakfast bar, and a dining area for eight. The ground-floor master bedroom is bright and airy, with a king-size bed, ensuite shower, and patio doors overlooking the olive groves.
