Delfin Beach is the ideal spot for those after a day of water sports, with stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling and sailing excursions all on offer. Or pack a picnic and head to the shores of Zelena Laguna, where everyone can spend the day dipping in and out of the warm, crystal-clear waters. Located near Brulo Beach, Aquacolors is a sprawling, family-friendly waterpark just outside Poreč that is hugely popular with visitors and locals alike during the summer months.

Intrepid explorers will love visiting the magical underground world of the Baredine Cave, where they can take in the wondrous sights of underground lakes and learn about the secret residents of this unique system of karst caves. Later on, the whole family can rent bikes to discover the endless sights that the Poreč’s Parenzana Trail has to offer.

Meanwhile, budding historians will be enchanted by a sunny morning spent wandering through the old town of Poreč, where the historic sites of Decumanus Street provide a glimpse into the town’s fascinating Roman past. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €2000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4.00 p.m.
Departure time 10.00 a.m.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels are changed every day or upon request.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement. If accepted, there will be an additional charge of €350 per pet per stay, payable locally upon arrival.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
