Boasting a spacious garden with a private swimming pool overlooking tranquil olive groves, Villa Moni at the boutique Meneghetti Wine Hotel and Winery Estate is the perfect place to step back into nature whilst soaking up the warm Istrian sunshine with your loved ones. The stone villa has been thoughtfully designed to echo the traditional architecture of this stunning coastal region of Croatia, while the elegant, understated décor of the villa’s relaxed interior space perfectly encapsulates the effortless natural beauty and laidback way of life to be found amongst the verdant cypress trees and sun-drenched vineyards of the Istrian Peninsula.
You can enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool waters of your own private swimming pool. You may feel inclined to spend the rest of the morning lounging by the pool, relaxing in the shade of a bespoke wooden gazebo in the company of a good book. However, suppose you are feeling the pull of the sparkling Adriatic coastline. In that case, the Boho Beach Club by Meneghetti is less than three kilometres away, with a private transfer service arranged by the hotel’s attentive staff. Here, you can unwind in a private beach area with canopied sunbeds, go for a refreshing swim in the ocean or explore the coast on a boat trip.
Returning to Villa Moni, you will be charmed once again by the cool and restful ambience you find inside. The bright and airy living space also features two convenient workstations and views of the pool and the lush green gardens. A well-appointed kitchenette offers rustic wooden finishes, modern appliances, and a large breakfast bar. Here, everyone can gather together over a morning cup of coffee to discuss the day’s adventures. Meanwhile, the casual outdoor seating area on the villa’s wooden terrace makes for a dreamlike spot, where you can linger over a glass of excellent Meneghetti wine at sunset.
The villa’s welcoming bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV, with relaxed furnishings and plenty of contemporary charm. Air conditioning featured throughout the villa ensures that your nights are as restful as your days are relaxing, while the sofa in the lounge area of Villa Moni’s main living space can also be converted into a queen-size sofa bed for two additional guests. A modern en-suite bathroom includes double vanity basins, a glass-panelled walk-in shower and a luxurious bathtub where you can enjoy an indulgent soak in peace, before a visit to the excellent Meneghetti Restaurant, with dinner and drinks under the stars.
What you should know…
- The villa can accommodate up to four guests in total, with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed available.
- We recommend that young children remain supervised whilst playing by the villa’s private swimming pool.
- The villa has a small kitchenette but due to Croatian law it is unable to be used to prepare meals, but with the fantastic onsite restaurant which delivers straight to the villa, you won't want to cook anyway!
